Hey guys just had my last day on your epi and dang.... my strength and weight went up like WOAH!!! so i just want you to look over this PCT one last time, see if i should add anything. And i am also wondering if it matters when i take the liquid nolva?
PCT:
Novla weeks 1-4 @ 20/20/10/10
DAA weeks 1-4 @ 3/3/3/3
Sup3r PCT weeks 1-6 @ 4/4/3/3/2/1 (to help avoid rebound)
Reduce XT start three weeks into PCT
 
Morning or night, doesn't matter with the Nolva. Although I prefer to take it opposite Sup3r PCT which should be taken at night because of the ZMA which can help with sleep. Also I recommend 6 weeks of DAA.

Also highly recommend getting some form of AI to run for a few weeks after the Nolva. Do you have one on hand?
 
I have myokem alphadex. Would that do? When should I start that

And I have Venn taking super pct throughout the day with my meals. Should I just take all four tonight from now on

Ok tomorrow I'll take all of them at night and I'll take Nolva at night too. It's easier for me.

When should I start the alphadex? Right after my 4 weeks of nolva
 
yea it is, thats the plan. Thanks i am going to see how my body reacts first and have the AI on hand if needed
