Superset any of the following: Leaning rear delt raises, front cable raises, Invalid Link Removed, banded O&B, Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed...

The three I linked are killer.
 
OH Press,
Arnold press,
Front DB Raise ,
Side cable raise.
Upright rows.
Cooked lol.

Drop sets throughout or superset the OH Press win Arnold's for pain.

Military press 4 sets drop set last set (2 drops
Side lateral 4 sets drop set last set ( 3 drops
Standing rear pec dec fly. 4 sets
shoulder hammer press seated backward 3 sets
Cable laters behind back 3 sets
Shrugs 4 sets
