Cherry Poppin: Test E, Anavar, Ipam and...

Question, If you don't mind me asking, how are you dosing your Eca ?

25mg ephedrine (primatene)
250mg caffeine (from a fat burner)
81mg baby aspirin

This 2x daily. Empty stomach in AM and afternoon about 3pm.

Going to add 5mg yohimbine to the ECA whenever it gets here
 
As much as ECA is supposed to kill appetite, it doesn't work when you do morning cardio!

Morning, fasted cardio makes me so hungry.
209 lbs this morning.
 
Clen gave me nasty sides, shaking and cramps so painful I could not move. Would never touch it again. LOL

T3 is good stuff if you can get it. You also don't have to take time off. You can run it for a couple of months straight with no issues.

Some people run clen and T3 together, during your off time from clen run the ECA stack with the T3

The cramping is probably my biggest fear.

I mean the shakes sound scary but I wouldn't jump right into 100mcg! Ramp up slowly!

But I'm pounding water like crazy and my hammys still have a tendency to cramp. Especially with hitting the stairmaster 6x a week I feel they aren't recovering as they used to.

Yeah cramping sucks I can't even do hikes without having to pretty much snowball down the mountain due to leg cramps. On Clen I get wrecked with them. You could also if allowed that is. Drink poweraid/v8 juice/Tauren like it's your job and you Prob won't cramp up

I was drinking so much water and supplementing potassium. The craps where so bad in my calves I could not walk for a few days. Painful to say the least.

An old school bber and power lifter at my gym (previous world champ) said to get liquid calcium instead of potassium.

Still sitting between 208-209, but felt a bit tighter this morning.


Mast seems to be bringing out some more vascularity, I've been pretty vascular since I changed to higher volume training last summer but now vascularity is present throughout the day.

Feeling DEAD tired today. The only thing keeping me through work is the ECA!

Leg day wasn't amazing today, felt dull and kept the weight moderate and just tried to get in what I could.

Leg ext 5 sets to pre exhaust
Hack squat close stance 4x15
Smith machine SLDL 4x 12-15
Barbell reverse lunge 5x went up to 225lbs for the last 3 sets cause I felt like a beeotch for lifting lighter earlier
Close stance squat 3x12
Seated leg curl 3x15 while waiting for
Laying leg curl 3x10-12

Keep pushing baby!! Have you had a rest day or just a complete day off? 8-9 hours sleep maybe a walk then nap for an hour with a refeed?

Usually going to bed at 1030/11 get up at 6.

Just have been getting up 2-3 times to go to the bathroom this week, used to only be once. Feel like my sleep isn't as deep.

Took a melatonin last night, helped a little but not much!

Friday shoulders traps... Cardio 500
Saturday back with coach... Cardio 500
Sunday will be a cardio only day.... Cardio. 500
 
Hit some boulder shoulders with a buddy from work (bodybuilder)
Feel blessed to be able to workout with guys who are on my level if not above a bit!

Gotta hit some cardio after work. Feeling up and down the last 2 days as far as energy levels go from the ECAY

Ya trying to get 18-20mg yohimbine per day.

So taking 5mg 3x daily
Plus however much is in my fat burners "propriety blend"
 
Ah I just take 2 caps of norcodrene with my E. what kind of yohimbine do you recommend if just buying it solo?

I just grabbed yohimbine hcl caps that are 2.5mg

Doesn't matter what brand. I like when I buy products with either 1 ingredient or each ingredient listed. Prop blends can be misleading.
 
Cutting back the long esters by half and adding in the short esters at the end of the week.

Thursday: mast e 100, test e 125, mast p 50, test p 50
Friday none
Saturday mast p 50 test p 50
Sunday none
Monday mast e 100, test e 125, mast p 50, test p 50
Tuesday none
Wednesday (and then EOD) mast p 100, test p 100


Not sure if this is the best way to switch from long to short esters so I'm open to suggestions bros!

Hit some chest today. Didn't have the energy for triceps so may hit arms tomorrow. Or back. Depending on energy levels.

I pinned a few days ago and it was like 1.5cc then pulled 25g out squirt like a hose. I was like damn is my body telling me to go donate a pint??

Has anyone ever had it wen you remove the cap of a bottle and the whole top comes off? (Test prop bottle) if that makes any sense

I'd draw all of it up into multiple sterile syringes for later use. 3 x3cc syringes

Otherwise I'd "bake" it in the oven prior to each pin which would get annoying waiting for it to cool.

Took my second dose of ECAY after the nap and went back to work.
Felt a lot better and was able to hit some shoulders tonight. 30-35min non stop. Actually a great little workout.

Got legs tomorrow. VG pip is pretty much gone. Hopefully it's completely gone for legs tomorrow.

Ya. I'm find the quarter turns the hardest! The mandatory poses aren't too bad.
Side chest and side tricep are my weakest because my shoulder flexibility is crap!

Back double bicep and lat spread are pretty solid.

I'm happy with the thickness I'm keeping in the legs but worried they aren't leaning out fast enough

Hitting the npc shows as a sponsor is more money efficient in his opinion.
 
My bros! Sleep is so bad recently. Popping diphenhydramine (Benadryl), melatonin, zma/herb blends like crazy just to sleep 4 hours.

Feel lie I've plateaued as far as fat loss goes too. But I know the diphen (Benadryl) is making me kinda constipated and dry mouth and feeling blah!

Hopefully I can get this sorted out. Feel like I wasted a week :(

Haven't had a cheat meal or a clean refeed in 2 weeks.

To trick myself into thinking I had a cheat meal I took 3/4 c egg whites 1 whole egg and 2 scoops of protein. Made "brownies" or more like protein sludge

Posing is getting better. Only has to correct me once and I get it as opposed to last week where he basically had to move me into position.

Going to stay with long esters for another 2 weeks then at 5 weeks out switch to short esters.

Continuing ECAY for another week or so then Clen. No update on dosing yet.

I ordered ketotifen to hopefully extend the usefulness of the Clen.

Diet remains the same.

Cardio increased from 2800 per week to 3400 calories per week.

Adding in an extra few sets of walking lunges on my "cardio only" day

I have trenavar powder and a few bottles of epistane but won't be using them for a while.
