Bought so gatorade tonight for Intra going to give it a try tomorrow thou I don't know how it's going to go my left shoulder blade bicep and elbow are still giving me fits

If it bothers me to much I may join norm on some light floor presses with a good amount of assistance work

Wish I can say the same. I was prob a bit stronger back then, but technique/ form is better now. I just had less to worry about back then but training n eating. Life got a bit busier for me.

It's hard to find balance in life brother someday it will get easier and you'll look back and say had what gone through what I did would I be the great man I am today

Thanks to the guys this day didn't turn into a b!tch out session. Went in with my left side screwed elbows pain and shoulder pain but they helped me work with it and have a great day 365 I believe is the most I've held in my hand and the only reason it wasn't a double is because I didn't control the first very well fixed it on the second but my energy was gone. Used the new leg position today too felt better

Shoulder feels great now oddly enough no pain anywhere.

Post workout shake same as yesterday

O and cucumber lime gatorade doesn't mix well with orange compete I was lied too lol

Lmao about the Gatorade, and really good session there DMax. That's awesome you were able to get some good work in on a day you were felling like DMax-a-buck vs usual DMax-a-million.
 
I've been using half a bottle of Carbonx this week and am thinking I need to go to a cheaper option. Thanks man

That's my Gatorade powder if choice. :)

I saw this yesterday and think it'll go great with my Blue Raspberry BCAA/SAA.

I'd drink cucumber lime Gatorade...
 
I will admit the gatorade mite have been better had it not been at room temperature How do u like bcaa/saa?

I really like it, unfortunately, because they're changing the blend here soon. I guess it's for the better tho.

The blue razz is a little strong, so I'll have to play around with adding the Gatorade to it. Maybe I'll be that guy with the gallon jug. :)
 
I tried them for a while post workout always felt the help recovery in the end it came down to price but I may give it a shot again I believe the price has come down a bit..

I missed the Mike post. There is a dude at my gym that leaves his jug on equipment/benches he's not using and it drives me insane.

Believe it or not most of that session I had a hard time even loading plates. Today nothing feeling great I do feel my bicep trying to tighten every now and again but I just roll it a bit

Good day squats felt ok some sets were better then others the walkout ****s me sometimes. Back felt locked in thou would like to be able to move my hands out a bit more but the rack is too narrow

Deadlift
First set of 5 were slow so the the next 2 sets I told myself this ain't shiit move it faster felt much better

leg were shot after deads so I took it sort of easy on the rest

Banded Step-ups were something that popped into my head wasn't that great next time I'll do them with a barbell too

Ok powerlifting professionals need your thoughts

In 2 more weeks I will have been doing banded squats for 8 weeks I was planning on switch to something else my question is should I just continue with the banded squat after 8 weeks or look at something else like dead squats for a 8 week cycle

Deficit deadlift I'm work very close to my ME day weight should I modify my approach or keep going up (which probably won't be to much more) my main concern is it interfering with weekend work I have the same concerns for above too
 
I'm relatively new here, but ALL your squats have been banded the last 8 weeks?
 
No just Tuesday work been running a banded cycle for 6 weeks now to teach me to stay tight and get some speed out to the hole

First off, your box squats looked much better. Keep that up and you'll be able to use those hips for bigger squats.

I would definitely switch away from bands on squats for a month or so, so you don't get beat up. What you try is up to you, but now that you know how to box squat, why not keep them in to reinforce technique and build those up?

As far as the deficits, I'd keep climbing until you feel like they are indeed hindering your heavy day. Maybe drop volume a little if you're scared, but I wouldn't.

It was sold like that. I don't know if they have it in powder form but it is the best Gatorade I've ever had.

Dmax, I agree with Herder, I'd drop the bands. 8 weeks straight of band work would fry me. I go 3 on 1 off. Box squats are looking good though, man.
 
Low carb day went pretty well today a bit higher on the carb then I'd like about 115g (Damn apple lol) made a miracle noodle stir fry for lunch it was pretty good

Calfs are tight got some muscle soreness around the knees and upper back but its to be expected

Ready for upper day tomorrow lats are a bit tight again which I'm going to roll here in a bit

Missed my rows on Tuesday so I made up for it today
