as the title said, i use alphamine at the moment, but i dont like how hungry i get on it... i am a snack person, i just keep snacking, so i want something that will help with appetite and also preserve muscle
If you are concerned over muscle loss use some AminoIV or other BCAAs
Or get some HICA from something like Ergonine which would cover all of your staples as well. And of course creatine, TMG, and any myogenic ingredients would help
