IFN Most Wanted 8 weeks!

Took one cap upon waking this morning. It didnt make me tired or prevent me from
Waking up. Quite the opposite, stims seemed to hit a little harder to be honest.

No training today.. Just slept in late and chillin out doing some computer work and watching TV
 
I am officially gonna stick with the three caps a day. I just haven't decided if it will be AM or before bed with the extra cap.

Will probably just keep it flexible based on when I wil be eating and keep that third capsule far away as possible
 
Looks like Tuesday and potentially Wednesday will be forced off days if this winter storm is as bad as predicted! Definitely will get a lift in tomorrow tho. Maybe pull a little extra work, need to take a look at template and see how to arrange the week. Next week (first week of feb) is a planned off week ( i take 3-4 weeks off a year) I may do a couple MISS cardio days tho.

Ill be stocking up on grass fed beef and chicken, veggies, and other quality foods!
 
Do you take a full week off? I usually take about 4-5 days and that's all I can stand away from the gym. Coming up on one myself.

Yea, usually Friday or Saturday to the following Monday.. I truly need it. My recovery is not good and I have a bad medical history of anorexia (nearly died at age 18 ) I'm 8 years removed but I was 94lbs at age 18 (down from 190) so my body does not tolerate stress well and I have low T... I've been restarted once and feels like I can use another! Actually scheduling an apt. With my urologist/TRT doc soon now that I have insurance again.

I always lean out like crazy and actually get quite vascular and full during the off week. I do miss the gym mentally but feel awesome physically
 
Glad you made it out of that man. Without saying too much, I can somewhat relate. This lifestyle is my therapy and recovery from many things from my past.
 
One observation which I wanted to wait longer before commenting on: I am always thirsty and actually getting dry mouth quite frequently. I am going to make a point of hitting a gallon a day. I did for a little while and body comp was better. Was speaking with Zach from EBF and he seems to think my body comp issues are mostly related to water intake- i would have to agree it is one area I can improve.. It seems amplified since beginning most wanted, though

Was really looking forward to this stretch. But gyms will def be closed tomorrow and potentially Wednesday. I'm CONSIDERING doing it ALL today, but I think that's overkill even with a potential two days to recover? But maybe not?

This is the final week of the program so it's supposed to be a slight over reach with volume
 
Great early morning workout minus the horrible indigestion...

At several points during the workout I felt like I was gonna puke (mainly during the 100's and rest pause sets to 50... Ouch

I can definitely feel and see growth despite a little fat gain... It's nothing outrageous or to worry about and I'm sure i could lose it and then some once I dial back calories and do a little more cardio (frequency and intensity) but overall for a lean bulk, things are starting to feel good approaching the week 4 mark.

Definitely noticing shirts fitting tighter. And my family business is actually tuxedo rental and tailoring... I have gone from a 39 Inch chest to 42 in a little over a month since moving home..... This includes obviously the back as well.. And seeing as how I only hit chest once every week or two for 5 sets... The growth is clearly In my back and shoulders

This got brutal... Pumps were insane. Felt like I coulda puked several times... Eating
Big today after this and dosing all 3 meals with a cap of most wanted. Took a nice nap around 4:30 for an hour as well. Now just chilling while this storm rolls through!

Leg curls 3x15 and bike warmup

BB deads 3x5 x 135 very slow and controlled... Have to be careful of hips. it started hurting so i did reps with 50lb KBs 2x15

Rotator warmups

Machine delt laterals 3 sets of rest pause to 50 (150 reps total)
25lbs, 25lbs, 20lbs

Smith Upright rows 3 sets rest pause to 25 65lb, 65lb, 75lb

Straight bar cable tri pressdowns
50 reps at 12.5lbs another 50 rest paused at 17.5

Cable close grip curls 100 rest paused at

Last set I did 12 over and backs meadows style

We used almond butter instead of that last ingredient, and also gluten free oats

The plantains was just cooked in a pan with coco oil and sifted some select blondie protein on top
 
Gyms were closes today and I spent the day working sleeping and relaxing. Back at the regular grind tomorrow. Moving all workouts back a day so week will end Saturday... Which is fine bc next week is the deload so it's one less day "off"
 
So I have been dosing my third cap at bed the last two nights and in can officially say the sleep quality has improved dramatically. I am waking up feeling refreshed and looking and feeling leaner, fuller, and less sore. I am gonna stick with this for TRAINING DAYS only bc I am now starting my second bottle. So dosing 3 caps a day would only last 20 days... This will be an issue for many regarding $$... But for now I will just enjoy

Hitting back later with no cardio, high volume lifting hoping to really over reach the rest of the week before my planned deload

Tonight was an all out assault on back. Doms immediately upon leaving the gym and huge forearm pumps as well. Utilized drop sets and partials as well as static holds... It was packed so i really fed off the energy in the gym

Again, weights not impressive at this time in my lifting... I am RELEARNING proper form and contraction... Still aiming to add weight but very slowly

I haven't been able to do treadmill sprints without pain and abdominal spasms since July. I'm gonna try some today pre legs. Maybe only 3-5 rounds. I used to he able to do 10 rounds at 2.5 incline and 10.5-11mph 30 second on / 30 off

I will probably hover around 8-9mph

Tried warming up with some sprints on the treadmill.... Nerve entrapment symptoms came back but I worked thru it for 3 30 second intervals at 8.2 mph 2 degree incline... Way below where I was 7 months ago but it's a start and was the first time I've been able to actually function after attempting... Went on to legs:

1 min rest between supersets

I am starting to think most wanted is helping heal my tissues and ligaments that I injured back in july.. I am noticeably less sore on a daily basis in my hips and glutes.. Pain that used to be a 7-8 on scale of ten is like a dull 2... No flare ups even after a hard wrk out

I'm surprised how well I handled it.. Woke up feeling great.. Solid and wholesome when I typically feel brittle and old even at 26!! This third night time cap of most wanted is shining bright. Even if someone only wants to dose two caps.. I would highly suggest using one at bed, perhaps with a protein shake if you do that
 
Joints are feelin really nice now... Just did French presses sets of 15... Always used to nag my elbows... Feel awesome right now.

This should be included in any high volume or heavy work you all do... It will save your joints IMO
 
Also, I took a cap of my buddy's target A2 pre workout with white flood.... Energy is still and was sky high; appetite is totally gone... FOCK. Gonna have to force myself to eat post workout honestly

I dislike that feel as well. I've experienced this with current experimentation.

Then did a 55 in one hand and a 35 in the other with an overhead hold... So a "waiter carry" with a "suitcase carry" alternating arms each direction

Not sure if this is from the most wanted but ever since going up to 3 caps, libido and erection quality/stamina has been at a record high... Waking up with wood every morning, and usually in the mood 2-3 times a day w gf ... Or just because I see something nice lol
