My traps are radiating heat all night. If I understand correctly, this is because of my low estrogen levels. I've been doing 4 pumps of dermacrine in the morning. Would adding a pump or two of dermacrine at night minimize the night sweats?
So I ended up doing 3 pumps in the evening and it turned out fantastic. No more night sweats, my joints arent nearly as dry, and i woke up with minimal lethargy.
My educated guess would be elevated red blood cell count and higher hematocrit/hemoglobin could also make you flushed and overheated and cause sweating at night. But if the dermacrine is helping, keep at it...
