Let the gains begin Ep15tane/Tren log

I am currently on my 4th day of the cycle already and wasn't sure about doing a log. But I figured it would help me keep track of everything and take in any advice you guy have for me. This is my second cycle, previously I did a 6 week Epi cycle and have great results. I have been working out since I was 16 years old on and off and have been serious the last year.

Age: 23
Height: 6'2
Weight: 193lbs (1/19/15)

On Cycle Information (6 week cycle)
OL Ep15tane 30/45/45/45/45/45
OL Tren 90/90/90/120/120/120
OL TransFORM 1/2 pump morning & 1/2 pump before bed while on the cycle
SNS Inhabit-P Will do 2 servings daily while on cycle

PCT Information
Nolva (Tamoxifen) 20/20/10/10 (Recently went to Mexico and grabbed a couple boxes)
Sup3r PCT 4/4/3/3/2/1
DAA 3g daily
I also have Letro on hand in case of any gyno symptoms arise!

Diet/Traning
I will be following a pretty strict diet at 3,765 calories! Which is around 85F/250P/500C
My training will be Push/Pull/Legs/Rest and repeat... I will be doing mostly strength training and do some supplemental lifts in a more bodybuilding aspect.

Today is day 4 of my cycle and everything has gone smooth so far. No problems sleeping, only thing I've really noticed are my back pumps at work, Taurine seems to help a little.

Today I weighted 197lb so a 4 lb increase so far!!

If anyone has any recommendations or ideas to help me with this cycle I'm all ears!

I'm looking forward to this stack! Yesterday was my rest day and it was hard not to want to go into the gym!! Going to work on getting some pictures today for a comparison!
 
Yeah buddy I'm in!! OP, just watch your joints using TransForm and Epi. If you feel too dry and everything cracks and pops, drop the Form. Other than that, looks good.
 
Had a great weekend! This marks the beginning of week 2 so I will be bumping EPI to 45mg.. Already seeing changes I weighted 197.8lbs this AM. I feel like my muscles are never flat while on the cycle so far. It's hard to want to leave the gym often times staying for 2 hours and still not feeling tired at all. Really working on hitting my obliques. I have a rest day today but might go in and do some active stretching and hit my foam roller at the gym just to be in that atmosphere!

Lol, during the winter i'm like a hermit and just work and lift. Here in Minnesota we don't have much to do in the winter besides fish. No accumulation of snow to go snowmobiling and i'm afraid to go snowboarding again after breaking my collar bone twice. So I stick to work, eating, and lifting during these months.

Sounds like a good plan!! EPI at 45 will treat you well!!

Couldn't keep myself from lifting yesterday. All the new years people are slowing vanishing so the gym isn't as packed anymore. Got in a really good push workout. Hit 250x3x6 on flat bench easy which is a PR for me. Also stepped on the scale this morning and weighted exactly 200lbs!! Loving the weight gain right now. Going to stick to the same caloric intake as long as i'm gaining.
 
Day 11 of the cycle... Weighted 207lbs this morning!!! I'm sure i'm holding a lot of water. Went out for sushi with the GF so the sodium from soy sauce.. But that is 14 lbs in 10 days! Something has to be working right if I am all the sudden gaining a lot of weight. My muscles feel full damn near 24/7 besides when I wake up in the morning and haven't ate yet. The pumps I am getting during the second half of my workouts are insane I am loving it. Still have a lot of time on the cycle! Hoping to see some strength gains soon!
 
Good ****. Keep eating, keep gaining. You can always lean out a bit during PCT. For the time being, keeping packing on the pounds
 
I agree good clean calories and watch him grow!!!

That's the plan! Rest day tonight, got a big lift tomorrow morning with my trainer from high school. He's in prep right now haven't seen him for a couple months so he has probably leaned out a good bit! Weighted 206lbs this morning. Still eating at around 3700 calories daily.. mostly Lean turkey, rice, noodles, beans.. Chicken and talapia you know all the basic "clean foods" with some pop tarts and skinny cows for my taste buds!
 
Week 5 is starting. Sorry I've been MIA.

Weight is currently 207.2lbs as of this morning. Looking dryer and leaner. Strength has gone through the roof. I'll probably try and hit 315 on flat bench this afternoon. Squat I'll go for 350 sometime this week. I can't dead lift with past injuries to my back I stay away from that movement. Started getting really stiff joints last week and have stopped using TransForm twice a day and switched it to once. Seemed to help and upped my fish oil intake a bit.
