Man trest makes you hungry I just finished 6 egg whites 2 whole eggs and two turkey sausage 40min ago hungry again

Desoxy Cyp probably because I'm lazy. I like twice a week dosing schemes.

Wil also have pharma CJC-1295 and GHRP'S to really get things going along with EGCG'S or whatever those catechins r called.

I'd like to add Dien but it's wet man. Really, I'm just gonna let the diet and cardio do the cutting. Just need this other stuff the last few weeks to harden up and get grainy.

I'd say multiply it by 3 or so. Even then, things are different.

Transdermal Trest is 650:650 anabolic/androgenic ratio.

IM Trest is 2300:650. They aren't the same. Honestly, it sounds like TD version is best for libido purposes but IM is all about weight gain and strength.

How many weeks out and what dosage are u adding in desoxy I'm in precontest prep right now
 
And how long a cycle do you recommend? 12 weeks? 16 weeks? I am on week 9 I believe but have another bottle of dermatrest. Thinking about saving it for a springtime cutting cycle alongside some halo I have stashed

Trest Deca you'd want to hit 12+ weeks. With trandermal or oral trest you can pretty much do any length cycle.

I'm a fan of front loading. Otherwise with Deca it honestly takes a couplepnths to reach full blood levels. So you have 4 weeks of actual intened dose before you must stop at 12 weeks. And then it's a good 6 weeks if not more till pct is of any effect. Trust me. I have a friend who did bloodwork post cycle and 6 weeks later his test was at 59. He for some reason tried to pct a week off Deca. After I told him to wait 6 weeks. Well it was a waste of pct protocol. He started over at 7 weeks on his pct and energy started roaring back. Hence why I front load. Why have two tapers giving you 4 weeks of full blown cycling and a total of 18 weeks shut down hard! Front load and you skip the extra 7-8 weeks of shutdown.

Better gains in a 12 week cycle when running long esters also. Hurray! Lol

Probably need 2.5-3 times the dose to equal IM trest.

So 100-125mg/ day. Do you recommend desoxyderm with trestoderm? What kind of gains could you expect? Is desoxy wet or dry?

This is what I was doing but switched to sat only. I really don't see the point in twice per week when this **** last for 3 weeks per shot. I just load up 3cc on sat and I'm done with it. I can't tell any differance between once ore twice per week.

I'm at 75 TD now and I'm making great gains, mood is great but i'm not sleeping well. I wake up around 2am and stay up for 1-2 hours. Like a weird breathing thing but if I stand up it gets better. ?????
Anyway I think I'm gonna bump it up to 100 and see how I respond to that, maybe throw in a sleep aid

One thing I've noticed with Trest as far as mental is that I get a little more obsessive. That's all I can come up with. Energy is good and all that but if I wake up in a less than awesome mood its easy to stay dark lol
 
IMO it will be high enough to keep your libido and energy up, and add to the gains some. But if you can afford it 100 would be much better, gains wise.
 
You'll be good. I was (accidentally) dosing 37.5mg/ day and I still had raging libido. Of course I was on tbol which is milder than msten I believe. I wouldn't sweat it. You should be good.

Side note- 3 grams of bulk maca root powder combined with 37.5 trest made my libido uncontrollable. Maca root powder at the right dose is amazing
 
It comes with a pump but don't use it.It is impossible to guage exactly 50 mg (Olympus drematrest). Put it into a shallow container and use an oral 1ml dropper.
 
My friend ran 80-100 TD and he made crazy gains. Honestly he was gaining at same speed I was running 30-50 IM. Maybe he was just sensitive idk but he looked way different after two weeks

Preaching to the choir guys. Back before there were any premixed transdermals for trest, I ran a low dose 25mg ED trest transdermal from raw powder and a transdermal preparation. I thought it was great even at that dose. It's powerful stuff. Even low dose trest is pretty damn good.

I liked Trest Ace alot better than Trest Dec. Granted, I didn't run the Decanoate version long enough to really appreciate it's power.

All that being said, if I did it again, I might would consider the TD version for its faster half life. I think it shuts u down way less although it won't be as effective either because of this.

The key to any steroid doing what we all dream of it doing is actually less about the compound or ester and more about the insulin sensitivity and being starvation mode when the bulk starts.This is why doing a pre-constest style diet is necessary to get big lean gains during a bulk.

I got my stats taken again yesterday by my coach and here is the recap since Nov 1st.

November 1st - 160lbs, about 9% BF, and 144.5lbs lean tissue.

January 22nd - 175lbs, 11.5% BF and 154.8lbs lean tissue.

Understand that I've been in a caloric deficit for 2-3 weeks as well so my bulk cycle ended around late December. My heaviest was about 180lbs and probably 12-12.5% BF.

I used Trest Dec for 3 weeks going into the bulk then couldn't stand the sleeplessness and estrogen sides so I bailed and shifted to 150mg Test-E and 100mg of Mechabol ED.

So in 8 weeks I put on 10lbs of muscle and did it relatively easy I might add. I credit less of this to any certain compound and more of this to preparing my body to grow. U really don't need much gear to get huge in short order if u do it like this.

I agree. My post comp bulk was nuts. I put on a ton a of mass without working out as much. Not even close to as much. My body was hungry and I ate lots and stayed really lean and ever since my baseline weight is much higher. I can maintain a good 10 lbs more then I used to could. From depleted comp weight at 192 I jumped to 217 in 8 days using Dienolone and Trest and slin for 8 days. My vascularity went way up in that time. After dropping a bit of water I was maybe 1% fatter and still weighed 210. Water depleted I'd have been a solid 10-12 lbs heavier. This goes along with what FP was saying. These rebound bulks are fun. Add in chemicals and it will scare people

Man, we've been telling u that the toggling of the goal is more important than the food itself.

Do harsh, low carb, cuts with tons of cardio for at least 4 weeks, but the longer the better. Get below 10% - this helps ur insulin sensitivity alot.

Then double up the calories to bulk. Try and keep plenty of fiber and healthy fats in there, but add some carbs. How many? I went from 60g/day of carbs and jumped to 500g/day post comp.

The extreme change in diet and routine alone makes u pack on lots of lean mass. Learn how to cut efficiently and u can realistically be 20lbs heavier in a year and be leaner than u started.

Just what he's saying. A contest diet follows by a bulk is when insulin sensitivity is better and your body needs tho food so add in steroids and your muscles are like the Grinch's vacuum.
 
Guys, don't help him. It's fun and all, but this individual needs to find the time to research (just like we all did).

Talking about the concept of toggling would escape such an individual. There are no easy answers in life.
