Help, quick advice.

I just finished dinner and I still have 1000 calories to eat. Usually I have 200-300 left at this point. What do I eat now ? Lol

I am currently on a fat loss cycle.
 
Should I eat some cereal or do one of my protein shakes ?

It's a question. That's what kind it is. I am new to dieting, only a month in.

Eat anything.

Just have it fit your calorie allotment.

I took my whey shake post workout a few hours ago. I'll go with casein now. Thanks for a helpful answer sir.
