I'm not a big drinker, but I do enjoy a good whiskey/bourbon. Last bottle I had was The Knot. Very smooth and the Zeppelin-esque Zoso symbol on the front of the bottle was awesome. I'm a sucker for a cool-looking bottle.

Day 10

AM Depletion
I don't go into detail for these workouts on Monday and Tuesday because these aren't really numbers driven workouts. They're about time under tension and depleting glycogen. This means lots of sweating, grunting and sometimes cursing due to the searing pain of lactic acid build up.

Depletions are also performed in the AM due to the enhanced fat loss effects that an overnight fast would have. I always try to sandwich 8 hours of fasting/sleeping between AM depletion and last meal/dinner. This usually means the last bite of the meal is taken no later than 10pm. Strict? Yes. OCD. Probably, but it's effective.

I will note that fat loss is picking up and I am leaning out, but it's at a much slower rate than what I was noticing previously. Obviously these are different circumstances/situations -with the last fat loss phase appearing directly after a fcking-around-phase so I was exercise adapted. This time, however, I jumped into fat loss mode after two weeks of inactivity due to finals/holidays so I was not adapted. I don't know if this is playing a part in this or not.

No Alb + Caff today due to the office being closed for MLK so I'm just bumming around and don't need to be stimmed out.

Dosed 150mcg CJC 1295 w/DAC and 100mcg GHRP-2 post workout. I believe I hit something on my second shot due to some blood appearing post injection. I was a tad frightened, but there wasn't much at all... just not a pleasant site.

I get a cucumber cooler or a piña colada, only because they're not super strong and I don't know a lot of drinks. I can sip 1 drink all night long and not finish it. I've been known to waste a good drink because it starts burning my chest. I only drink once every 2-3 months.

The only beer I've ever had that was better was Sam Adams very first winter lager. It was like drinking warm apple pie, it was awesome. But they changed the recipe and more it's not as good anymore.

Next time you're out, try a Rob Roy. It comes in a martinin glass so 1) you look extra classy and 2) you can specify how strong. It is a sweet drink.

Mmm... I'm going to have try Harpoon. I'm not one for flavored beers, but I make the exception here and there. Speaking of which, I don't know the specific name of this drink, but most bartenders will do this for you: ask for Sam Adams Cherry Wheat with a Guinness head. It's like drinking cherry cola.

Bar- vodka and sprite
Chill- flavored vodka and a mixer that matches.

Also love me some adult chocolate milk ha. The smores is good too but reeaaalllllyyy sweet.

no it's actually a bottle of liqueur called adult chocolate milk ha. They have it in choc, strawberry, and smores

Hmm... seems to me like a veritable approach to bulking :P
milk and vodka cover all macros. Milk gives fat and protein plus some simple carbs while the vodka ensures no fat burning takes place haha

I've kinda ruined drinking for myself since I read about the cascade of awfulness that our bodies go through when we drink and as we fall deeper into intoxication. 1) that's why we always seem to keep the fat of whatever junk we eat when get hammered. 2) that's why some guys can't get it up if they're at the point of no return due to tanked test levels. And by tanked I don't mean AAS tanked, but simply extremely subpar compared to normal physiological range.

Great... and now I've ruined it for everyone :(
 
Yup. Totally ruined. I'm literally a once or twice a month drinker and rarely get tanked. But that's interesting info.
 
I hear you. The more I read about drinking (as well as the worse my standard hangover gets) the less I want to drink. I drank on 1 of my two vacations, and 3 other single days all of last year... The way I see it, having a few is a waste of time and effort so when I do I get destroyed and then spend the next day in a vomiting coma and then I never want to drink again for like 6mo ha.
 
Has anyone considered taking NAC/TUDCA before their drinking events to minimize potential liver damage?

By this time in UD2 I should be stringy post-depletion, but I look beefier than I should. It's probably from the GHSs.

Decided to do something different than my 1+1 servings of Amino IV post-workout every hour: I pulsed 1+1+1 servings of ISO-100 every 2 hours. Felt a little hypoglycemic throughout the day, but nothing too alarming.

After cardio took another 8mg Alb, 9mg Yhcl, a cup of black coffee and will remain fasted for a few more hours to allow as much fat oxidation as possible.

Notes
I'm slightly concerned with the water retention because it's throwing me off mentally. I was about to say eff the pre-bed dose to see if this side-effect would subside but I decided to stay the course.
This morning, however, I woke up leaner and fuller so perhaps it's just my imagination coupled with any potential delirium from having such low kcals for half the week.
Protein pulsing could have also contributed to the leanness this morning.

Morning weigh in/measurements incoming tomorrow.

The b complex I take like 30 minutes prior to pregaming (whenever I leave my house) and before I go to bed with a bunch of water

I drink like 3-4x a year, so I get hungover easy. This has been a blessing lol

can't wait to try this if I ever drink again ha. New Year's Day I was about 1hr from asking my gf to steal me an iv bag and bring it home for me Cuz I couldn't even keep a mouthful of water down for like 16hrs.

Upper 2 abs are showing without flexing

Ordered more yohimbine and will continue with LISS every Wednesday morning.

I have been thinking of adding in a few more goodies to this peptide experment (aside: once the bottles for TNT AM/PM runs out, I'll be transitioning this to a peptide log) specifically Melanotan II and increased dosage of GHRH/GHRP to 5x on Sundays to increase local anabolic factors.

The usage of Melanotan II would not be for tanning, but for the increased fatty acid oxidation it provides, better calorie partitioning and hunger suppression. We'll see...

I'm still holding water from the peptides, but as I keep leaning down it's not bothering me as much and it's actually working in my favor.

Work capacity has increased in all segments of training.

The TNT stack is holding up well. To be honest, I've been "abusing" it with Albutetol and the results are pretty awesome.

On the CJC MPA + GHRP: I have about 5mg of CJC MPA coursing through my veins at the mowing l moment. As a result, resting FFAs are elevated (which is fine temporarily) but this allows me to, as I previously stated, "abuse" these fat burners with enhanced results.

Measurements will be updated tomorrow.

Correct. It lasts about ten days and proper dosing should be saturation. Don't follow the broknowledge of high dosages. You need to control it.

The prepared purpose of this is to increase local anabolic factors as well as enhance fat loss.

There will be an initial peak just like Mod GRF (1-29), but it won't be as intense and it will retain NATURAL GH peaks. Basically, your natural GH levels will be elevated.

This is why the new protocols include dosing Mod GRF (1-29) with CJC MPA for a large peak and elevated base lines.

I have a few vials of Mod GRF (1-29) coming in for this purpose.

Lastly, elevations should not be sought after for more than 3 months. I'm going to be conservative and only do about 10 weeks. Not to mention, after ceasing CJC MPA, elevations are sustained for ~28 days.

Couldn't sleep, so I just went in at 5am to do this.
It's become apparent to me that no matter when I do this program to cut fat, I always end up with insomnia. Some of the theories include that when we fast or restrict calories to 50%, our tendency to sleep reduces because our digestion has taken a break which then affords us more energy.

The actual energy equation is beyond me, but it makes sense.

Still at 1200 for 3.5 days (Monday through Thursday Afternoon)

I might bump this up to 1300 next week.

Melanotan II came in today as well.
At 7:30pm I dosed 100mcg. This is as high as I will go for 2 reasons:
1) I don't want to tan. I'm utilizing this for its positive effects on leptin and nutrient partitioning
2) I am naturally tanned so I don't need that big a dose unless I want to get frisked on the subway.​
Nothing to report so far except for some face flushing and redness. I was told I have a rosy glow @_@
Nothing to report on the libido front either. Then again, I have the libido of an 80 year old.
 
Has your libido always been like that or is that a more recent (last yr or so) issue?
