Not bad so far.
Even though I'm in the third week of UD2 already (technically 4th, but my first week back in the program I fcked around and didn't really deplete fully), I'm losing at much slower rate than I was last time I attempted this program in July-Aug.
Ironchamp TNT has definitely helped so far in the stim/focus/fat loss department.

About the peptides, so far they're pretty cool. Even from a nootropic/life enhancement perspective. I remember reading in a past post of yours about pinning and about not being so bad, and I have to say I'm with you on that one. Subq injections are nothing. I mean sometimes they're painful if I fudge the angle, but the other than that -very effective.

TNT AM as a single product is effective for appetite suppression, and as a mild thermo. If you're going to be using it as a single product I recommend stacking it with 50-100mg of forskolin (extract doesn't matter as long as you get 50-100mg of the active ingredient) because you need cAMP signaler to break down the adipose tissue TNT is releasing. On top of that a cortisol controller would be icing on the cake. Something like 2-5 grams of ashwaghanda. You can get these from Swanson or NOW Foods. No need to get fancy.

TNT PM will keep the furnace on at night. At 3 caps I'm very warm. It's probably the fucoxanthin activating brown fat.

Now if you want to get fancy, you can add in 10-20mg Biotin, 1000-1500mg of HCA (active ingredient in Garcinia) and Carnitine Tartrate. I won't go into specifics, but these three ingredients increase acetyl-CoA to help burn more fat naturally. It's not needed, but makes the fat loss experience easier. I actually took too much yesterday, went hypoglycemic and called out of the office, so it's very potent.

However the TNT stack with the aforementioned ingredients would be awesome.

TNT + Caffeine woke up the eff up. I was a mentally shot from the day and it was the perfect pick-me-up.
Pump = awesome

Focus/drive = I scared people -not intentionally, however. I was rushing because I didn't want to start the CHO-load to late in the evening and I arrived at the gym at 7:20 and it was packed. It was disgusting.

Injected about 150mcg CJC-1295 w/DAC and 75-100mcg of GHRP-2 post-workout, showered, waited about 40 minutes and now I'm sitting with a shake comprised of:
1.9 (about) scoops of Iso-100 Cookies and Cream
8 grams of L-Leucine
1.25 cups of skim milk
77 grams of Trader Joe's Midnight Moo Syrup.

It's simple, but this drink is euphoric and when I'm utilizing UD2, I really look forward to it.

Some have BOOM dosed GHRP-2/6, however since they release prolactin, and can lead to de-sensitization at these doses, it's not advised -unless you're the type of individual that 1) likes wasting money and 2) likes doing something only once a week since the pituitary bounces back very easily. The intention/theory behind BOOM dosing is to elevate GH levels for significantly longer periods than the other GHRPs and to elevate systemic IGF-1 as well as local effects. This comes with no side-effects as well (except for a lighter wallet, but we're in the business of physique altering so sometimes we have to live dangerously. Plus this BOOM dose is something that actually works. It's almost like front-loading a long acting ester like test decanoate). A BOOM dose of about 4mg will continue to be active for 5-6 hours after injection. However, 4mg is too heavy on the wallet, and 1-2mg has been proven to be effective. So, I will begin at 500mg and titrate upwards.

ha I'm not tatted either but had my lip pierced years ago and immediately wanted more. Had to hold back. I know if I got a tat it'd turn into a sleeve in like a year ha

In for this ... I got AM/PM stack on the $9.99 sale. IronChamp threw in another bottle of each which I plan to log starting in about a month.

I was under the impression that it was not recommended to take with caffeine, but I see you are (200-300mg daily).

It depends on many variables.

Currently: (knock on wood) my CNS is good, so I can tolerate medium doses, however I have reached as high as 600mg and peaked at 800mg in one bolus dose.

During this physique altering phase, I don't go more than 400mg in the morning and no more than 200mg in the evening.

This also depends on how many alb+caff stacks I've had throughout the day.

Clear cut: I can go up to 600mg, but I keep at 400mg in the AM and 200mg in the PM.

Superset (but not technically since there was 2 minute rest in between each set -so this was a mere alteration)​
Flat Bench off the Pins: 5x5, 2x4 - 245lbs, 1x7 (pump set) - 185lbs
Parallel Pull Up in the rack: 6x5: 50lbs (db held between feet)
Flat Bench DB Flyes: 1x2 - 50lbs (this was a fiber stretching set: 10 sec hold) Stretched then pumped. I was wiped after this. Rested for 3 minutes then picked up my bearings and went to the next set.
Again, alternating sets:​
Close Stance Squat: 2x5, 1x6 - 250lbs
Hack Slide Calf Press: 4x6 - 720lbs (some kid that was doing quarter reps on the leg press threw a bitch fit because at this point I was nearly using up all the plates in the gym)

Great effing workout.
Had a headache a few times (maybe high BP) but nothing concerning.
The point of these workouts in UD2 is to regain any potential muscle lost during the VLC days. However, since this is an "anabolic" day, the potential to gain muscle on top of what you've already accrued is high. According to my excel sheet of my body measurements, in the first few weeks of my previous UD2 cycle, I gained 4lbs of LBM. Nonetheless, I wanted to beat the log book today, so perhaps I was simply intimidated by the weights.
Other than that, nothing else to report other than the whiny girly-men that I had to deal with at the gym.

The pictures are right after this workout, so there's slightly more water retention than normal.

Post Workout
150mcg CJC 1295 w/DAC
100mcg GHRP-2

Waited thirty minutes, then had an iso shake with 10g Leucine. Post workout meal: whole tray (462 grams) of Perdue Lean Ground Chicken
I will be following a "Carbless PWO" period for about 6 hours on these power days to take advantage of the increased insulin sensitivity from the workout. And since my ATP stores were full from the carbload before, I don't have to worry about them being full for adequate muscle repair.

Interesting, that's over double what I can handle & your not really that big a guy at 170 lbs...appreciate the info. I'm also interested in your use of Cistamax, I have a bottle from an intro sale and still deciding when and how to use it.

I'm not going to go into AS's write up, but I'm using it preworkout on my Thursday and Saturday workouts. I just dose 4 caps an hour before. I notice an increase in endurance and that's basically it. Like you, I bought in the intro sale, but I will not be restocking.

Not needed, plus it increases glycogen storage. This is the antithesis of my purpose on Monday through Thursday afternoon of this protocol.
 
Small Update

This isn't TNT AM related.

I dosed 500mcg of Ipamorelin last night with 100mcg of CJC-1295 w/DAC and woke up with pronounced muscle fullness, definition and hardness. After this power days, I do usually wake up with these effects, but not this pronounced. I also felt extremely recovered despite going to sleep at 4:45am and waking up at 12:30pm.

To those considering peptides, I highly recommend adding this to your protocol. This should only be done once or twice week preferably after very heavy days where recovery is necessary.

Aside: I don't have that much experience with exogenous hormones, however I have done hours of research and it is one of the fields I'm considering for my masters/PhD work. One of the notable effects that all who have researched with hormones will comment on is increased recovery and feelings of well-being. I can't compare the two since I don't have on-hand experience, but I will say that recovery on peptides in exponentially increased. It takes 5-7 days to take effect, but one they're in full swing these effects become increasingly apparent.

Yes, but only if you have the necessary equipment.

Most of the research is done on IV injections, however SUBQ works just as well. IM can be done directly for deep wound/tendon healing, however there are better peptides for these situations such BPC-157 and TB-500 (thymosin beta 4).

For performance enhancement/recovery CJC 1295 w/dac or Mod GRF (1-29) coupled with a GHRP such as GHRP-2 or Ipamorelin.

CJC is prolonged released leading to elevated GH levels and Mod GRF provides higher peaks but returns to baseline after 3 hours. CJC provides NEW baselines and GH elevations. If going this route, an "off" period or a period where Mod GRF (1-29) is utilized is required.
