I logged it. I'll try and get you a link in a few. Biggest thing for me was recovery.

Ok this is really starting to shine 2.5 weeks in.. Around the clock muscle fullness. Strength increases, pumps, eating above maintenance and growing but also leaning out noticeably. I am using it solo too.. I wish it wasnt so expensive bc I can't afford to drop 90 on one supp a month... I would consider it at $50-60 price point

I'm really filling in my shirts now especially in the arms and shoulders. I am also getting some great recovery from an old hip injury.. Feels like the tendons and ligaments are healing up

What is the recommended on/off time?
 
And what was the verdict on running with x gels? Obv the laxo is going to be anti inflammatory, so it should be dosed as far from x gels as possible?
