Your testosterone levels are higher in the morning so this does not make any sense. Unless you are on steroids.
I wish the diet they took in was costant. We don't know what the AM groups calories were in comparison to the PM group.... Also supplementation too. AM group could be natti vs PM group running low dose test. In my mind that would account for the PM group losing fat and gaining muscle since they are trained subjects
Well, I would hope the researchers knew to balance out the groups to evenly spread the results. This would only make sense. But even at random, what r the odds that all of the guys in one group were enhanced while the others were not?
Don't know but with that small of a group it wouldn't of taken a lot of enhanced lifters to throw off the overall results. All the reasons I brought up is probably why it won't ever be published... Too many variables and too small of a group.
Perhaps genetics, diet and goals would dictate the various timing in the workout. Evening isn't best for all schedules and goals. Generally, I prescribe to the rule of change more so than anything. Just change it up occasionally.
