Bro when you get that hardware is all I'm wanting to see. He seems like a great teacher and class act kill them shoulders and I'm sure you'll be asking questions like crazy.

Pick up a 619 muscle stringer for me. I've been asking a buddy of mine to get me one from Worlds. I guess I need to visit to pick one up.

Hit legs today. Tried to focus on hammys and hit them first, pre exausting with leg curls before hitting 5x15-20 on Romanian deadlift

I actually liked going lighter on the hammys and feeling the full stretch through each rep . Add that to the high volume and the hammys were screaming

Also got to 6 plates either side on reverse hack squat . Glutes on fire!

No! My girl said she was gonna creep on us but she trained with my best friend and they got caught up in back day and forgot about me lol

I'll be seeing him every week (hopefully)
So I'll try and get some posing practice pics next time.

He was happy with the progress thus far. Likes the quad development or how the quads have maintained size while cutting.
He wants me to stop training calves as much. I was hitting them 4x a week or almost every other day but he just wants 2x per week....
Not because their big but for more rest? I guess. I just say yes sir haha he's the boss

Added a 6tg day of cardio

Now doin 5x 500cals and 1x 300 cals per week

In trying to get 3-4 of the 6 sessions as fasted cardio. Just depends on work .
 
Weight down to 213.5 in the mornings was sitting between 215-217 the last week. Having a small carb up today. Last few days have been a struggle! Feels like prep again haha

yeah 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. After two weeks of continued use the receptors down regulate. And that's not good. I'd maybe just do 20mcg a day for the first few days, then stay at 40mcg for as long as that dose is effective and bump up. Clen isn't that expensive.
 
I was gonna hit ephedrine first as I have used it before and know what doses to run.

I do have a source for Clen though. Not sure on albuterol though.
 
Wouldn't clen be the best option due to the anti catabolic effects? Ephedrine might end up burning muscle and suppressing appetite too much. Its just a central nervous system stimulant. Where as clen is so specific in what it does and the metabolic process by which it burns fat is so specific.

I've read albuterol is better then Clen in regards to anti catabolism but with it's short half life must be dosed every 4 hours?

No, I havnt. Honestly, I havnt even used clen. I've observed others use it, and I've done research. That's it. I've just always been told that clen is like the ultimate if you have access to it, why go anywhere else? Don't know if this attitude is accurate and justified, but many people I have talked to have this attitude. And I've talked to some up there, knowledgeable, people.

Picked up some ephedrine on the way home. Will see how that goes for a week and will ask my sources about Clen. Not worth trying to go through a research company, I trust my certain RC peps, but chems are akways hit n miss.

I'll spend the extra on some tabs.

Cramped up HARD mid pose while with coach. The vast lateralis was not having any of it lol

10 weeks out
500mg test e
400mg mast e

Fat burner added 2x daily around 7am and 3pm
Ephedrine (primatene) 25mg
Baby aspirin 81mg
150-200mg caffeine

Going to grab some Clen.
On Weeks 9-8
Off week 7-6
On Weeks 5-4
Off week 3
On week 2-1 ( adjusting dose for peak week to not flatten out)


Not sure exactly how to run the ECA stack with Clen.

On off weeks from Clen?

Or lower dose to 1x day while on Clen and then back to 2x on off weeks?

Your cycle seems very basic for a comp! Props on that you'll prob be the least dosed up guy on stage! Gonna be sick wen you win it!

It down regulates after 15 days I thought?


Trying to do a no tren prep.

Think I'll be set with test/mast/winny
Adding winny last 6 weeks at 50-75mg

Is your clen from an RC? I haven't ran clean but albuterol was great. Dosed every 4-6 hours was the only hassle. No shakes either.
 
I agree albuteral is very pleasant wen it comes to clen.
I'm about to start a experiment with another fat burner that I've been researching about for awhile. I'll update if it's anything crazy.

ive seen some people achieve straight amazing results off of clen. The trick is that if your nutrition and workout program are spot on, clen will work wonders for you and take you past that threshold of burning fat and retaining muscle in a superhuman way. On the other hand, if someones workout routine suks and they dont eat right, etc. then the clen does minimal. You still see the results, but its not even impressive. Its like they could have achieved that natty if they were spot on with their program.

So are you gonna dose 2 weeks on 2 weeks off to avoid receptor down regulation? What are you gona do about that infamous clen crash? set aside a weekend to just sleep all weekend?

I just want to time it all properly so that peak week is normal ie. not trying to change anything or add new products in peak week causing me to go flat (like when I dropped water too early last time)

Dropped from 210/210.5 to 208 so coach said get a large light on the cheese pizza and frozen yogurt and feed!

212 this morning, still haven't "digested" the full cheat meal, so bloated. The extra sodium had me wake up in the middle of the night with the worst cotton mouth haha
