Trest/dmz gains

My overhead barbell press is almost identical, and I'm strong in the shoulders. Good work. Try hitting up the smith machine for 225 on the press. Its way easier on the smith machine. I get more reps with 225 than I do with 185 Free weights.
 
Haven't been to the gym this week, or eating any where near like i should be, my stomach has been fukkedddd since Friday night but I think I'm over it now and everything should be back to normal, Friday morning I had weighed in at 199.8 so I'll see how much damage the food poisoning did tomorrow morning when I get to the gym

Luckily this was supposed to be a "deload" week so I didn't miss too much in the gym, just gotta get my appetite back which I'm pretty sure the DMZ will help there

That sucks. Just force feed and get that appetite back. Once you stretch the stomach and it gets used to lots of food again, the stomach wont feel right without lots of food. Until then try lots of small meals. Even 400 calorie meals. As long as its every 2 hours or so.

Well appetite is not an issue at all, I'm starving 24/7 and maybe bein sick a few days helped me out, I seem to have leaned out quite a bit over the last week, still taking it easy though just a little pump work, and some ab work for my deload week, gonna start hitting the gym hard again tomorrow and I can't wait, it's been rough not lifting heavy ass weight like I want to, vascularity/ fullness is an all day thing now and at the moment I'm experiencing no sides,
I had some back pumps during my first 2 weeks but they're gone now
 
Nice. How did you get rid of the back pumps? Drinking tons of water? Taurine? Maybe you were in a potassium deficiency?

Yeah for your deload week just get fat pumps. Light weight, high reps. take it a lil easy because your coming off the sickness.

I was already drinking 2-3 gallons a day, and I'm not taking taurine or potassium I think my body just had to adjust to the ph's
 
nice. I'm thinking back pumps are on their way for me...
 
For me it started by my back just feeling kinda tight for about 3 days or so, and then for about 2 days it hurt during my workouts and if I was standing for more than an hour it would hurt a little, but it's all gone now ?
 
weird. hope that doesn't happen to me. What causes that? Is it the kidneys working hard or something?
 
That's part of the cause from what I understand but as long as your drinking plenty of water you should be fine, at worst you'll need some taurine which is dirt cheap anyways

looks okay. You really need to get some clomid from a research chemical websight for PCT though, them OTC pct are worthless. Maybe dose it 75/50/50/25 (4 weeks).

wow, I didn't know trest affected libido like that. So its basically a test base in that sense.

Look at the banisters on the to and the bottom of the pages. Some of them are research chemical companys.

that's exactly what it is pretty much all around, sense of well being, libido, and aggression... It just seems to convert to estrogen at a higher rate
 
Back to my regular training this week fresh off a deload and I fukked up, 315 came too early and I turned off the alarm so im gonna have to try to get my lift in with a crowded gym tonight, hopefully it won't be too bad
 
Ive been on test e for a week and I already feel that aggression, drive, motivation, and just READY TO GO feeling people describe. Unless that's the dbol. Been on that a week too. Already gained 5lbs!

Deadlift/legs
Sumo deadlift- worked up to 315 x3,3,3,3,3
Front squat- 185x3,6 205x6
Lying leg curl- 8,8,8+drop set
Narrow stance leg press- 12,12,12

Deadlifts went smooth just kept getting easier every set.. Front squats were a different story, lower back pumps were crazy I should have pushed through it and gone heavier but I wussed out on that one, ended up having class last night so I wasn't able to make up my bench work out so I might hit my bench press tomorrow morning no accessories though because I'll be hitting chest again on Thursday

It felt great to be back at it, the deload was needed, I didn't realize how worn out I was til this morning when i realized what it felt like to be fresh again
 
Its just a theory... but do you think deload weeks are not necessary on anabolics? considering increased recovery times and all that.
 
I almost think that if you were going to deload, it would be better when your body is in an anabolic state. You grow at times of rest, not in the gym.
 
I think the deleoad week on anabolics you would grow slightly or maintain perfectly, where normally you would take a tiny step backwards in terms of strength. But is it worth wasting your anabolic state on a deload week? Every week on anabolics is a week you should be gaining some serious weight that normally comes slow.

I personally made sure to deload a few weeks before my cycle. I been "on" for 1 week and gained 5lbs! Every week during this cycle is critical because I will lose some in PCT. Its just a matter of how much did I gain on cycle to make the PCT loss not seem so great.
 
My deload was needed due to cns fatigue, I have been pushing heavy weights in a cal deficit for a good while now, I didn't want to deload on cycle but the more I thought about it I figured I could make better gains if I wasn't so tired and burnt out all the time

I agree with what you said here, I would have been better off to deload pre cycle, and I had planned to, but once all my products came in I just couldn't hold off, mistake on my part but I don't think it will be a huge difference

good theory... And the speed of my deads today showed me that I came back muchhhh stronger than I was a week ago... And had someone mention in the gym that I was getting a lot bigger, you could be on to something here

I do the same, i deload at the gym while i preload my cycle assist for 2wks, day one Im ready to hit it hard, and push 12weeks of tough work to make and maintain the gains

damn I'm really sorry to hear that but at least your pushed through it a little. We all go through that crap from time to time and no cycle is perfect or unfaltered. Big gains are still there to be had. Don't trip on it and push forward when you feel better.

what pisses me off though is that I almost never get sick like once every couple of years, and now I got sick twice on cycle bs mannnn, at least it happened early on though, I've got almost 5 weeks of gains ahead

Bench- 230x5,5,5 245x3 dropset to 205x9(close grip)
Pendlay rows- 135x10 185x5 235x3 255x3,3

And that's it, awesome workout everything felt light and went smooth, and got a huge compliment at the gym talkin to this guy told him I was hovering around 200 and he said he thought I was way heavier than that like 220 225
Finally done with this sickness, still coughing a little but I feel fine so next week should be a great week of gainz!
 
Why low reps for the squats? Good workout, glad to have you back in full blrown TREST mode!

I train primarily for strength, so my big 3 lifts are almost always low reps and then I'll go for high reps on my accessory moves, so for legs I'll do high rep leg press/extensions/leg curls but squats I go for strength
