Winter break,winter gains with Magnitropin (sponsored log)

Yesterday's vertical Push/pull workout went relatively quick because there were MANY supersets and the volume added up pretty fast

OHP 5/3/1
High pulls
BW pull-ups ss w/dips
Straight arm pull downs ss w/lat raises
Rear delt work ss w/tri isolation work

The pump was very real! Not only did I add 30 more grams of HBCD to my intra but I moved my preworkout dose of Magnitropin about an hour closer to the actual workout.

Weight should start moving again in the final week of this run.

Post workout was a bowl of cinnamon basmati rice. 380g uncooked which yields about 280g of carbs :p and I could still eat after that
 
lol that's my post workout of choice. i do 100-125g of uncooked white rice, meat, veggies, tomatoes, and make my own burrito bowl kind of.

then have praots

and rice cakes with jelly

and an apple

There's is big difference when taking mag and he pre workout opposed to a few hrs before (for me atleast) I take mine with 25g carb, scoop of nitramine and an additional 1.5g TMG. The vein-age is unreal.

That's one HELL OF A bowl of rice Lol and you mixed cinnamon with it sounds interesting.
tyga knows!! Yeah I make it with some cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a bit of stevia and it's pretty bomb. And rice is a ridiculously cheap source of carbs
 
I've had plenty of time on this winter break to surf the web and read ALOT and I have also found myself watching Mountian Dog training videos on YouTube... Holy shizzzz I've been trying to implement these various rep schemes, tempos, iso holds and other techniques John uses and they are pretty amazing.

Yesterday's workout was a pretty decent squat workout

Squat 5/3/1
Good mornings
Bulgarian split squats (weighted and supported)
^these pretty much done me in... I was sweating balls and my quads and glutes were ready to pop
Leg curls
Bicep work

Today my legs are still jello haha. I'm still sitting between 174 and 175 so I'm defiantly bumping kcals again for the final week of this run
 
I just counted the remaining caps in my Magnitropin bottle and I only have 3 days of gains left :( best believe I am going to make them count

Bench 5/3/1
Db incline
Meadows rows
Close Neutral grip bench ss w/ HS highbar rows
^^The rows were done with a couple of assisted reps and 10sec static hold at the end of each set
Tricep work to a ridiculous pump

I really wish I would have started with this dosing to begin with. Having the Magnitropin so close to the HBCD's make these pumps ridiculous

Post workout was another 280g of carbs on top of the 60g intra, setting up for a legendary leg day tomorrow

as a former fat kid, I am pretty self conscious about feeling fluffy haha(but it's pretty minimal) and I now know it's a necessary evil in the bigger picture of gaining muscle

i'm the same way man.

just accepted it but i need to gain weight if i wanna compete in 2016 or 17, so it's necessary. i'm embracing but magnitropin luckily keeps me pretty lean still

The combination of my endurance is at an all time high, and the increased carb tolerance and nutrient repartitioning are making this cycle of 5/3/1 one of the best to date. The pumps are unreal, and my strength and recovery rates have increased significantly

What's the best place to pick some Magnitropin up right now? I have a few people looking to pick up a couple bottles and I may just extend my run ;)

First of all is like to thank Swole and the rest of the Myokem team for the opportunity to log Magnitropin and I must say I am definitely a believer in this natural anabolic. I have ran other (-)-Epi products before but this is so much more than that.

Dosing was very simple at 2 servings (3 caps) a day. Some people may not want to eat so many pills but it is nice to know that you are getting optimally doses of these novel ingredients for maximum results

And the results are very pronounced! I loved the enhanced nutrient repartitioning given by this product. I was able to increase carbohydrate intake by more than 50g (200+ kcals) in just 4 weeks and have yet to see any noticeable fat gain. Along with being able to increase total KCals I was able to handle an augmented workload and not hinder recovery.

Increased workload+more carbs = MASSIVE PUMPS. If you browse through any of the pictures that I posted in the past couple of weeks you can see the vascularity and leanness despite consuming over 300g of carbs (more than what I have ever been able to consume while staying this lean)

Hunger and digestion are also huge pluses for this product. Since I backload my carbs, I am consuming large quantities at night. While on this product I was not uncomfortable and bloated given the volume of food I would eat. And I always felt like I could eat wayyyy more.

Strength and weight gain was on point. I ended up gaining about 5lbs in these 4 weeks and my strength has been progressing in accordance with my training program. But like I said before I was able to kill all of my assistance work using relatively heavy weights and 12-20 rep range

All in all I will definitely be using this product again in the very near future. I cannot wait to see what 2015 holds in store for myokem
