I don't understand how you can sell legit HGH OTC.

Isn't it a Schedule II controlled substance? If not, how come I can't walk into a US pharmacy and buy some?

It's not real HGH. The ingredients are intended to facilitate and maximize GH release. That said, I have no idea if the patches do what they claim.
