Osta Cut Advice

Hey guys. I'm running OL Osta at 20mg/day for 8 weeks on a cut. Currently I'm running a 500 cal deficit that I've eased into over a couple of weeks.

Last time I cut on Osta for 8 weeks and EC stack I dropped about 15 lbs over 12 weeks. That was with no cardio.

My question is, should I bother adding in cardio this time? Should I run EC along side? I'm just wanting to preserve as much muscle as possible. One time I cut with too much cardio and without Osta I lost too much muscle mass and I don't want to repeat that.

Thanks in advance for any help.

If it worked that well before and you didn't do any cardio, why change things?. Just do the same thing as before if it worked before, it will surely work again!.

I'd be as aggressive as I could with the Osta. Make it count. Get results you couldn't naturally. Even if that's just cutting faster and preserving more LBM.

I know I'm riding the fence between the two answers already given but they both have merit. If what you already did worked then it's not necessary to change. However, Osta really shines in a cut/recomp with muscle sparing capabilities (as you obviously know) so it really wouldn't hurt to be a little more aggressive if you think you, personally, can handle it to reach further than you have previously.

Yeah I plateaud out toward the end of my last cut and I think I could have dropped more bf if I had thrown in some cardio. I'm going to play it by ear and see what happens. Thanks.

If you want to read any more info on osta you can check it out at Strong supplement Shop but it sounds like you just want to know about cardio or not. ha
