PES, Olympus Labs, and Fearn oh my!!

Looking hella swole bro. I went HAM on my arm day yesterday as well. 2 scoops of HV and the muscle fullness was unreal.

Nice bro, haha, the only thing that kinda sucks is barely being able to take off/put on your shirt after a pump like that lol. So worth it though!

Now thats what im talking about!!!

Now thats what im talking about!!!

Thanks bro! I'll try and post another solid update once I have some time. I've been a little busy with Christmas stuff, but each workout seems to only be getting better and better! Hell, I even have some new stretch marks (fresh n red), and I haven't had any of those in years. The synergy in these sups is something else

Wishing everyone an awesome Merry Christmas/Liftmas, stay swole my friends! I was able to workout yesterday before the gym closed and my arms felt like they were about to burst! Arm day was epic to say the least. Strength is up (yet again!) I haven't plateaued in strength/endurance yet and I've still have more weeks to go! My overall muscle thickness/hardness is starting to get crazy, I'm sure I can attest that mostly to the Ostar1ne. My pumps in the gym are only getting more swole (High Volume is no joke here), **** is starting to get painful when doing bi's. Dosing protocol is remaining the same for ALL supplements. Diet has slipped a bit (as expected during the holidays), but I haven't gained any significant amount of body fat. Water retention is up as well, but I'm not feeling "squishy" yet.

Yesterday's arm workout went as follows:
-Alternating dumbbell bicep curls 5x8-15 (went up to 60 lbs dumbbells here. No swinging)
-Seated Cable curls 4x8-15
-Incline dumbbell curls 4x8-15
-Cable one arm preacher curls 4x8-15
-Dumbbell pent over preacher curls (on reverse side of preacher curl bench) 4x8-15
-Tricep push downs normal grip super set with reverse grip 4x8-15
-Skull crushers 4x8-15
-Cable single arm reverse tricep push downs 4x8-15
-Rope single arm tricep push downs 4x8-15
-Dumbbell single arm skull crushers 4x8-15

Here's the aftermath. Gotta keep things seasonal with a cool santa hat of course:

Glad everything has still been getting better for you! Hope you have a great Holiday fella

Hey guys, I'm still alive haha. Work/procrastination has made me slip a little on updating this log, but I can assure you that progress is still being had!

Strength is still going up literally every workout still which impresses me most, as I thought I would've plateaued somewhere by now. Exercises are always being switched up per workout, per muscle group as well to keep the muscles guessing. I won't fully credit these strength gains EVERY workout to just simply switching my exercises up, but I believe it has been an aid.

Diet has slipped a little here and there (damned holidays and everyone throwing plates of food in your face) lol, but surprisingly, I haven't gained much if any excess body fat beyond where I've been.

I was feeling a little under the weather this morning (nothing serious), and decided to take a rest day (which is rare on both counts). I can thank my co-worker for coughing all over the damn place for that. Tomorrow I should be good to go again, and it's leg day. Can't wait!

Between extra food, treats, and various viruses floating around, it's a rough time of year. Good to see you're back though and set to start the new year off!

Awesome news and glad youve been enjoying the holidays!

Oh leg day.....Going to own this crap today!
