Libido is still up, that is something you can definitely tell.
Day 22 12/23/14
-Jump Squats worked up to 225 for 2, followed with 205 for 7 sets of 2. 3 minute rests.
Followed by 3 singles of 135 trying to work on technique. 1 minute rests.
Felt pretty good on these. This is my third day of doing these and my first actually going heavy. They definitely got hard when working up at around 205, so the 7 sets were very tiring.
One problem I am finding on these is my power is not 100% going to moving straight up, so sometimes I would land a bit forward or a bit back. So I believe fixing this with jump squats will help with the same on regular squats.
-Spinal Deloading.
Just got some time on the inversion table and hanging from a pullup bar.
Overall a good workout. Next squat workout I will probably just go heavy on regular squats.
Tomorrow is a heavy bench session, so hopefully I am not too fried.
Day 23 12/24/14 Merry Christmas Eve!
-Paused Bench Press 225, 245, 265, 275 for 2. 285 for 2, and 2 sets of 1.
Between 225 and 245 I did unrack and 10 second holds with 335 and after that 245 felt like 185.
285 was a bigger jump than I should have taken and I should have went with 280 for today, so I had to separate the second set into 2 singles.
-False Grip Close Grip Bench Press 225 for 2 sets of 6. 3 minute rests.
Felt much better on these today.
-Dips 2 sets of 10. 1 minute rests.
Went for a 3rd set, but I was not getting more than 5.
-1-Arm DB Overhead Press 22.5 for 2 sets of 20.
Tried pressing to over the center of my head again.
-1-Arm DB Rows 72.5 for 2 sets of 30.
These were pretty hard.
-Band Pull Aparts 2 sets of 20.
Overall a pretty awesome workout, I felt really good.
I added in some Cayenne Pepper to my preworkout coffee along with some Leucine mid-workout.

Day 24 12/25/14 Merry Christmas!
-Jump Squats worked up to 155 for 5.
This was some really late doms, but my legs ended up feeling sore as I worked up and all of my upper body was super sore, so I did not go very heavy on these at all, I just fatigued the muscles and was done. NEXT squat workout I will go heavy.
Had a good Christmas and hope everyone else had the same.
One thing I have not really mentioned is that sex on this stuff is awesome.
Day 25 12/26/14
Rest day, wanted to lift, but oh well.
Day 26 12/27/14
-Overhead Press worked up to 145 for 3.
130 for 3 sets of 4. 3 minute rests.
Played around with a mouth piece I got for Christmas.
-Paused Bench Press 235 for 3 sets of 7. 3 minute rests.
Pretty tough towards the end. Played around with a bench belt I got too, so I ditched the mouth piece for this to get a better feel.
-1-Arm DB Overhead Press 32.5 for 3 sets of 15.
These were alright.
-Lateral Raises 10's for 3 sets of 20. 1 minute rest.
-Pullups bw:229 for 3 sets of 5.
Have not done many pullups in a while.
Overall a pretty good lifting day. I was really tired because I got it done at the end of a long day, so I am happy with the #'s I got.
when i was in the navy i used to do pull ups and push ups all the time, hell we were always challenging each other to contests...then when you don't do them for awhile....all of a sudden they aren''t so easy, lol.
Day 27 12/28/14
-Beltless Jump Squats worked up to 225 for 3.
PR-ish, so that is awesome. My legs were still sore once I started squatting, so I do not know if that is going to continue because I feel like jump squats force all of the muscle fibers to fire, so they take longer to recover from. Planning on doing regular squats on Tuesday then getting an epsom bath on Wednesday, my rest day.
Feeling really good.
Day 28-30 12/29-31/14 Happy New Years!
Ugh, for 3 days I did not get to train because of holiday stuff, but I will wait to post my final review of the products after I max my bench, so in the upcoming week.
For now I will say overall the signs of increased test were there. I had increased aggression and confidence. Also as I have previously mentioned the stack of the two products made sex better which I will talk more about in my final review.
Overall these are winners!

Yay! I got a 5 pound PR with 305. I find this very impressive because this is coming off of Smolov Intense Phase and prior to that Smolov jr for Bench, programs that usually it is pretty hard to even keep the gains after let alone add some strength in the following month.
I will post in the review section later on tonight when I have more time to go into better detail.

VOLUME-
I believe this product did exactly what it is supposed to do. By that I mean increased erection quality and increased muscle pumps. Libido definitely increased as well.
HPTA-
The first thing I noticed from this product was an increase in confidence and aggression. I can tell there are benefits for strength because I took this the month after coming off of Smolov Intense for bench, and the month before that I was on Smolov jr for bench, but I was still able to increase my strength over this month.
Something that was really awesome about this product was increased penis sensitivity, not like you finish any faster, but everything feels better. Along with that I could tell there was an increase in libido.
Physique wise my arms always felt bigger and like their cold size was bigger than normal which is great. I also experienced an increase in muscle hardness.
Overall this product was a lot of fun.
