Kyle transformation experiment

My goal isn't to get too lean
Remember I'm not a bodybuilder and strength is primary goal
Yeah but at your mass level just dropping a few % will have you looking better than your normal guy because you already look and are a beast as is.
Hell I bet with a little carb and water manipulation would do wonders for you in record time.

Failed my deadlift frustrated clearly need to do a lot of glute work. Hit some stiff legs and kettle bell swings after

Going to be doing a lot of kettle work for my glutes... Yay lol

**** so damn close.
Looks like you just need to get under it and flip those hips to pop your back up to lock it out.

You need to have your eyes looking UP, not forward (neck is perfect though), and you need to be pulling back, not up. When you grip the sh*t out of it before you start your pull, flex those big meaty tris to get the back tighter, and for God's sake take the slack out of that bar BEFORE you start driving into the floor.

And as soon as you cross the knees, contract the glutes like you're trying to squeeze a lump of coal between your butt cheeks into a diamond. This is really easy to forget, but makes a huge difference in pulling through.

Chest day, didn't make it through the injury in the area connecting my pec and delt is still injured
More time off, nothing heavy until next Thursday and I will see how I feel
Did some accessory work and felt the urge for a pic
Progress ??? I think so
