sorry for not updating last night but hit chest really hard yesterday, PSYCHED going today for my back workout busted out

Great shoulder workout, had to head to work so I will update tomorrow after leg day, one more week of psyched!
 
Another great workout leading into my final week of PSYCHED, I hit legs today

Machine preacher curl 6x25
Overall another great workout , continue to be in the zone with the Stim of PSYCHED, wish it had more to it than just Stim but overall still a great product, will give final review one week from today

Don't get me wrong I love it! I would love it even more if it was a powder and had some non Stim pump products mixed in with it, that would be on hell of a preworkout,maybe the standards of creating/beta alanine... love the focus it brings me, no complaints from a focus Stim standpoint

put in a suggestion for a pump product in the 'what product would you like to see from ironchamp' thread!!!

until then volume works great in the bed and the gym.
 
Want to apologize for this week, I started a new job on top of my first job so I've been crazy busy! Final review of PYSCHED will be up by tomorrow night
 
Alright guys even though I have a few more pills left of PSYCHED I am going to have to stop it at this point, I prob have enough for about 5 more workouts but at this point I get a huge headache due to the amount of stims in the product and the current cycle I am running. But here is my final review of Psyched.

Mixability/taste: 4.5/5 Reason I gave it a 4.5/5 if because personally I do prefer the a good powdered preworkout with an amazing taste. Something about driving to workout while sipping on my preworkout gets me going. Other than that, its a pill so I had absolutely no problem with mixability/taste.
Energy: 5/5 This product packs a nice punch with two little pills. The energy hit you about 25-30 minutes after taking and it gives your body a nice boost of clean energy that last the whole workout. At times it even last a couple hours past the workout. But I def felt like I wanted to do more because I never got tired really.
Focus 5/5 Another place where this product shined. I was in the zone the entire time from beginning to end with my workout. Tried to avoid talking with people because all I wanted to do was workout.
Pump 2/5 I understand that this is a stim based preworkout but I feel that if PSYCHED had a couple of pump ingredients it wold make this an over the top preworkout. I will tell you straight up if this product had some agmatine and other pump products I would use it all the time.

As a preworkout I will give this a 8/10. I think its an amazing product as far as stims go. I think it could be a 9 or 9.5 out of 10 if they improved upon what a great product they already have! I would like to see creatine, beta alanine, and a pump matrix included with this and it would be one of the favs here on AM.

thank you for the log and review. volume is a great addition to psyched, imo!!!
 
Will be pickin up two bottles of volume and psyched this spring and run them back to back!

volume and psyched make a great combo for the gym....volume and hpta make a great combo for bed and gym!!!
