No, I only buy in pill format. In Canada we can buy ephedrine in 8mg pills, hence the 24mg dosing.

If you've never ran yohimbe before then start low dose. It's an ingredient that not everyone can tolerate.

Turff is absolutely correct here. Sorry should have mentioned that... the first week I taper up @ 2.5mg of yohimbe with each dose.

Sorry for the lack of updates. I literally have not been to the gym since last Tuesday!! This sickness has had me down. I may have actually felt a little better today, but don't feel to well tonight :( I am going to wait until after Christmas to try to go back to the gym......

Try to get some vitamin C in your body and some multivitamins as well. I find a few days of 10g of vitamin c and things start to look up!

Got up early this morning with the kids and opened presents. Then took a nap :D

Going to eat my weight in food today then start hitting it hard. I'm not as lean as I should be and want to start loosing pretty quick. Gunna help that along...
Ordered some gw50156 and will am starting tren today at a low dose 50mg/E3D and Epi starting at 45mg/day. The fun is just starting! :banana:

Nice I like low dose tren I might run 10 weeks of tren eth at 300mg ew and add ace in around 6 weeks out give the gw like a week you won't feel it kick but suddenly you'll just start seeing composition changes

I am running ace now. I've never ran tren so I am going low dose at first to see how I do ;) The gw should be here today so I will start it asap. I think you had said you need to cycle it?
Also anyone who has ever ran Prami before, have you noticed it effecting your sleep? I ran prami while running oral tren and it didn't bother me. But the last two nights I haven't hardly slept at all.

Tren itself will usually lead to sleepnines
 
It's ace one day and it will be releasing in your system I've seen it happen b4 trend exerts sides rather quickly then your body adapts and they sloly subside it's weird that unlike alot of AS it gets better instead of worse. This doesn't apply to pro lactic gyno though so keep up with prami
 
Take your prami with breakfast. I took prami solely for the minute IGF/GH boost at night (0.5mg) and was sicker than a dog and didn't sleep. I've got pharma grade tho so I started cutting the pills into 1/4 and taking 0.25mg with breakfast and worked up to 0.5mg again with breakfast.

Interesting. Most people seem to prefer at night and say it helps sleep. I've personally stuck to caber so it hasn't made a difference. Just an fyi the multiple orgasm thing never happened for me on it. Just her. But she wasn't taking it. :-D
 
FINALLY made it back to the gym. Felt weak, no real pump, and just not a very good session overall...

Chest and shoulders

Incline DB- Constant tension with no *******, with a drop set

Dips- elbows flared out

DB bent over lat raises-

Heavy side laterals- moving the weights 4-6 in, ( may have been a little more)
40's 3 x 25

Cage press- explosive
95 4 x 4

All of my numbers were down today. Expected it though, I'll get back in the grove.
Got my gw in today so I will start dosing it also at 10mg/day, only got one bottle so I will order another if I bump it to 20mg. I need a bigger cabinet to hold my supps haha.

So right now my rat is dosing:
Test E 500mg 2x week
Tren A 50mg E3D
GW50156 10mg/day
Exemestane 12.5/day
Prami 25/day

No, pretty new to peptides. I'll look into and maybe switch over later depending on how well this works. I'm revising my diet some tonight. I've been 3800ish cals. Going to lower carbs a bit and add in a little more fats.

Finally got to do cardio this morning. Not that I wanted to, but with being out of the gym from being sick, I also didn't get any cardio done. I have been holding right around 198lbs. So when I get down to 190, or, if I notice a big difference in the mirror I will post progress pics.
I will also try the prami with breakfast this morning.
 
So may be a dumb question but for you nutrition gurus. My post workout meal is my last meal before bed. If I have 50-75g carbs peri to post workout, do I really need carbs with that last meal? My last meal will be venison and a salad.

personally I don't like high fats post workout (I have two meals post workout before bed tho) and I have 25g carb pre workout (HBCD)

Meal one Cho+pro+ minimal fat (5g or less)
Meal two cho+pro+higher-ish fat (10-15g)

If I pound carbs pre bed I'm a human furnace while I sleep (sweating and increased core temp)

When I lift at night meal 1+2 have no carbs. When I lift am 5 and 6 have no carbs.


I will add I try to avoid pre bed carbs if I'm on tren. Keeps the sheets more dry and fresh.

Nah 5g +/- 1-2g is fine post workout.

What you're doing is working.

no sir. AM training I take carbs in Pre work out Meal, then intra carbs, then post carbs. Pm is the same way.

I had to re-read your post too, so your carbs are based around your workouts then?
 
Depending on how I do this show I plan on hiring a trainer out of Wisconsin for next time.

Can't say I have heard of him... Wish I knew you were looking like 5 days ago. I know your short but he was doing a sweet deal. 250 for 12 weeks. I feel you on the $$ thing though. Week unemployed, move, christmas... Stressing the next few paychecks.
