Nah I've been around. Just not a lot of time to post but I still read and check in on everyone. A lot harder to get ANYTHING done with 2 kids. Plus I swear this kid hates me lol either that or she's the anti Christ. A newborn is for sure the best form of birth control I've ever seen ;) how'd your bow season go?

bro I was working 6-7 days a week through bow season. It was awful. I hit the woods once in early November and it was 70 degrees. How'd you do?

Damn dude that's crazy! I managed to get out a decent amount this year even with the newborn somehow. I ended up with 3 does during bow season and blew it on two good bucks during gun. One a decent probably 135 8 point and the other a monster 160-170 10 pt. So all and all wasn't bad. Filled the freezer anyway

Mauled my legs again. Today was a "heavy" day.

Squats 4x3. Heavy set 365

Hacks 5x5 heavy set 4 wheels per side

Leg press 3x8

SLDL 5x5 heaviest set was 275.

Just about flipped out here, not a single calf machine or smith was available for calves. Talked to a friend for about 5 minutes hoping for an opening and said f it and left.
 
Next time it happens just use the leg press ;)

Yea that sucks then!! The other day I had to tell a guy I needed the bench when he was done because he was on his cell phone between every set. And I don't mean like 60 sec rests, he would be on it for 3-4, do a set, then on it again!! :twak:

Depends.. if you really want to clear yourself out. Ask the pharmacist for the drink you take before a colonoscomy. You will be empty. No pain either.
