Shazeezee runs DMZee + EPI and trest

I'm going out of town for the weekend so im going to do a full upper body workout today in the gym...
My legs are so sore it is labor to go up and down the stairs...
Damn I blasted my legs on Wednesday
 
Update though. It's been over a little over a week of the tr3st... And all I can say is that im on the hunt of finding more already to up the dose for the next 5-6 weeks of use... Even at 50mg that was enough to curve lethargy on the level that 4-5 pumps of dermacrine did for me. And you can't beat that euphoric beast feeling when you take 75mg (my sweet spot).
Trest as a base with DMZ is g2g... But when you up the dose and experience the gains of both trest and the hardening of DMZ It's awesome.

A bit of constructive criticism for the physique.... I think you should try to get the oblique's to pop a little bit more! You got a nice V shape with the small waste and it would look really sick if the oblique's were like overlapping the pelvic bone.

Because of the comments on my obliques I went and destroyed them today... Dammit hardearned Hahahaha...

Very nice. Obliques can be one of your strong points and it will really accentuate your physique! Good so far, but when they become even more impressive.... watch out.

I do Russian Twists with a 25lb plate arms outstretched and I turn until my arms are parallel to the ground. Obviously on a decline situp bench. But switch it up once in a while and throw in side bends on the back extension device holding a dumbbell.
 
I did 5 sets of ten power clean press with 185.... Three sets of 135 for 20 power clean press... 2 sets of 95lb for 20 power clean press...

6 sets of lateral raises and front raises for 15 each with 20lbs


Straight leg deadlifts for 5 sets of 15 for 225...

And lunges with 45s across the gym for 20 steps for six rounds

This next three weeks im doing and old school style training....
Only dumbel and barbells


Every body part twice a week... Heavy impound lifts... It's brutal man
 
During the dead lifts my arms and legs
Were so ****ed it though I was gonna just drop. But saw that pump in the mirror and veins starting to pop out from my quads and I gritted my teeth and kept busting ass
 
This far--- the drive has been unreal in the gym... I get so focused and feel like a monster... Things have been going great

Yeah I switch it up and do that too sometimes. I feel its better for total body mass and core strength. But you don't really get to etch in the fine detail due to a lack of time spent on isolation movements.

I always incorporate at least one Olympic Lift or Power Lift every day. I usually get right to it after the warm up. For example, shoulder day would start off with power cleans, or Clean and Jerks. Back day I deadlift towards the beginning. Etcetera.
 
Dude my shoulders are literally still pumped and hurt from my workout last night even after I slept... That honestly may be the hardest I've ever worked shoulders. Standing Push presses are king to wreck shoulders IMO.
 
All get a pick of the vascularity but it's getting ridiculous since beginning the DMZ... This was the beginning of the cycle


The main difference is
That my delts have more beef under the skin so it pushes the veins out. But I'm not as dry probably because of the tr3st but you can damn sure see some gnarly veins

Hahaha im at my parents house for the holidays... My dad walked down stairs Cuz it was 7am and. I was cooking potatoes and and rice and my dad was like I'm not even gonna ask.

I hate the wire interference, need to find me a good set of wireless buds, they sell those?? cause I just cant do the big ones.

They actually arent that big and they stay on well. But I am sure there are wireless buds out there just not sure on which ones are any good
