I run coq10, Hawthorne berry, milk thistle, and NAC. You want to protect the liver, etc. Just like with any other oral steroid.
No problem. If you have lipid issues like I do, I'm prone to lipids getting jacked up from gear. I use citrus bergamot which helps keep HDL up. Baby aspirin before bed as well is a good idea.

My blood pressure was a little high on cycle. Not sure if it was directly related to 3-MHD as there was other things at play, peptides, research chems, etc. I also had bad sleep apnea at the time which caused my blood pressure to rise as well.
