How long of a break should you take from osta?

What if I bridged it into a 4 week msten cycle? Took osta 8 weeks, so does that mean I can run osta four weeks after msten or should I wait 12 weeks after the msten?

I would take at least a 4-6 week break after pct but blood work will determine all
