The language says that herbs and botanicals are exempted. Then the compound in question needs to meet the other criteria in order to be banned. Once added to the list they are illegal after 30 days. So as long as "test booster" does not have any DS in them they will be fine.
I'm pretty sure that while the wording is horrible and very unspecific, it does state that the compound has to be structurally related. It does also say or 'anabolic' but I'm pretty sure they're not going to abuse that and ban BCAAs
