SD sold for months after the 2012 ban. Pretty sure the majority of sellers suffered zero ramifications. Its risky but the cops have better things to do like enforcing 32 ounce soda bans and high temperature coffee complaints......

Under any interpretation of the bill, anyone possessing any product containing any of the banned substances is in possession of a controlled substance.

It matters not one bit whether that product is a research chemical, dietary supplement, powder, etc.

I was not disputing that. I was referring the vague part of the bill (the ones not specifically listed). None of the ones specifically listed are sold at RC's AFAIK.

I know of two brick in mortar shops that sold banned items from every ban so far long after the law took effect. They sold 1AD for years. They have an online presence but only sold to walk in customers. They sold long after the exp dates but no worries "guaranteed fresh." They never got popped. Way to risky for my blood but they made a killing and I am sure they will again.
 
As of today, tons of kids at my gym will slowly get smaller and smaller. This in turn will make me look bigger by comparison. I'm glad this bill passed.

Well take this for what's it worth: But I listened to the Blackstone Labs CEO on Prohormone Podcast and he has a close friend behind the scenes working for the senate. Even went so far to say the Senate passed the bill in the final hour.
