Yeah pct ends Wednesday, I'm still going to try and get all my calories in just moving all carbs to last 2 or 3 meals. I do have elyptical, treadmill, and recumbent bike, but was trying to save cardio for about February. If this makes since?You're in 4th week of pct now? I know you lift at home, any cardio equipment?

Thanks! I want to keep my cals as high as I can also and just manipulate the carbs until spring, then just add a little cardio in spring! Hopefully that'll do the trick!keep the cardio out for as long as possible to save that hard earned muscle bro. Good idea
Definitely didn't mean to do any 20-30 minute sessions. Sometimes 8-10 minutes a couple times a week is enough to keep fat gain at a minimum while not wasting any muscle.

Thanks man, it was fun. I was at Walmart yesterday and decided to get my blood pressure checked on their free machine. I barely squeezed my arm in it, then it wouldn't work. Then I saw the label, arms up to 15", mine were 17.5 pumped before cycle. I don't know what they are now, my kids tore up my body tape measure, I'm hoping they got to 18" though. I'll know in a couple days, I ordered another.Solid results brother. Success!!
Last Day of PCT sitting at 203lbs, started cycle at 186lbs. Strength went down in beginning of PCT, but is coming back strong with "Most Wanted".
Yesterday was day 24 of MI40 back/hams, back took me 50 min and I ran out of time, so I'll finish hams tonight on this scheduled rest day.

Oh man! Gotta have a scale in pct! Your body starts adjusting and it's hard to tell if your gaining or losing.lol. That's too funny! I started PCt ans was going to closely monitor my weight. But, my stupid scale died! I now weigh 0.0 lbs!

Chest and Tri's totally fried, so sore today. Today I will do a feeder workout of 2 sets for chest and 2 sets for triceps then go into my back and biceps routine.
PCT IS OVER and I've kept weight at 202lbs, so just a 3lbs loss from my cycle. Started at 186 and ended PCT at 202.
Yeah I had to change my workouts. MI40 was not helping me, I don't know why. It's like my body wasn't responding to it. I have taken away good tips from it though, but yesterday's workout was awesome!That's great! Way to bust it out and get 'er done! I should get my new scale in the mail tomorrow. So, I'll get you an update on my pct. Glad to see you kept so much of the gain!
Yeah, I'm so sore today from yesterday's workout, plus I've lost strength. These workouts will bring my strength back up.I recognize these workouts!! Do what feels good man. You know what works.

It's really depressing how I've become weaker than I was before my cycle, but it'll come back up.I'm kinda jonesing for a good "nothing but bench" day and a "nothing but squats" day myself. Maybe in the next week or so, I'll take a couple days off from MI40 and hit the weights heavy. Although I'm definitely feeling the DOMS from MI40, it'd be nice to push some weight again.
It's really depressing how I've become weaker than I was before my cycle, but it'll come back up.
My approach now is to do a warm up, then lift my heaviest set first to failure, then drop the weight each set going to failure each set. The very next day I'll perform 2 sets of the same body part as the day before for 20-30 reps, just for a good pump into those muscles while they are recovering from the day before.It's why I'm hesitant to ever go back to a purely high volume routine.
