My triceps are pathetically weak, and I'm strong off the chest so the pause isn't really taking anything away for me. I like them.

Funny you mention Tee Cummins as he coaches Nick Israel, who does my programming. That anabolic trickle down effect....

Back was kinda sore going into this, so took it light on the AMRAP. Somewhere in the first 5 sets I must have flexed my elbow bc I noticed my right bicep was oddly sore when flexed. No bruising later and no audible sounds or moments during the lift, must be small. I'll keep an eye on it, heavy bench tomorrow.
 
I think it's funny you don't add any agmatine on lower days - I'm the same way. The pump inhibits the work.

Spider tack is the **** for single loads, it isn't the best for runs though (I prefer elite for those).

Yeah man, it comes off on the stones for runs. You can keep some in the back of your hand (small glob) to retacky between stones if you use it in a contest.

Super Centurion is single ply indeed. Hand me down suit, a little loose but I fill it out with another 10lbs.

Coached two of my lifters at Norcal Open in Merced, very long meet 9-10pm, I'm shot but they both hit PRs and did well. Deadlifts tomorrow... Lol

What made it better is I'm in the middle of a training cycle, not a peaking cycle.

Not overly happy with the upper body positioning but it makes the bar move fast, so I dunno...

I'd agree depth was questionable erring on the side of legal.

Ya, the hardest part is the walkout and walk in with that stance.

Dang man, gettin' some weight on the bar this workout - if I'd worked up to a max effort lift, I can tell you I wouldn't be doing all the crap you did afterward, not with the %'s you used anyway. Wearin' me out looking at it.

I think your squat would have flown. Watched it about 6 times; it looks parallel. Just not THRU parallel, so that's gonna come down to the judges. You do some fed like SPF, and people would be telling you to quit squatting so deep lol.
