not sure yet. i will definitely give a review of both, i was thinking magnitropin once my reverse diet starts, and alphadex first during these last 3 weeks of my cut, during xmas pretty much less than 4 pounds away now from 10-9% bf been dropping a bit aggresively for 2 months 1.5-2lbs a week pretty happy right now on a 30 day run of XGELS at 2.5g, (3 bottles) which is going amazing. just finished a 4 week break from erase pro powder 
so seems like the perfect way to go for me right nowSwolbraham
