I thought there was a 30 day period after the bill is signed before it becomes an enforceable law?

I read that the 30 day grace period is for new compounds that have not been specifically named yet. Named compounds are out once it is signed...

If you read the bill, once it's signed it goes into effect within 30 days

There is no grace period mentioned, only for items that are not on the list there is a period of 30 days after it is submitted for being banned, but if you read beyond the scope of the bill selling anything steroidal in nature is basically open to interpretation on how the DEA can act.

Another way to think of it is that once the bill is signed, the loophole that existed, is now closed. Does not matter if it's listed or unlisted compounds according to the bill.
 
Im only buying if bottles get below 10 dollars...i enjoyed the SUperdrol ban when bottles were 6 dollars...if they dont get that low then no big deal

Should I go with AAR Tren or Olympus Labs Tr3n? About a 25 dollar price difference in the two when getting 4 bottles. Not much around about AAR and Olympus Labs seems hit and miss on their products lately. Although I did use their Epistane a while back and liked it.

``(2) An order issued under paragraph (1) shall not take
effect until 30 days after the date of the publication by the
Attorney General of a notice in the Federal Register of the
intention to issue such order and the grounds upon which such
order is to be issued. The order shall expire not later than 24
months after the date it becomes effective, except that the
Attorney General may, during the pendency of proceedings under
paragraph (5), extend the temporary scheduling order for up to
6 months.

**This is the same verbage that was enacted when senate passed the bill for the synthetic drug act.

Hahaha, unfortunately everyone is going to interpret the bill differently. The only thing we can do is just wait for the final outcome.

When the senate passed the bill for the synthetic drug act, it did not go into effect until 30 days after the finalization

Yeah just got 4 bottles of msten and shipping for like $70. Even if they do drop that low, with the stock I got already plus that I'm good for a year or two. Anything extra will just sweeten the pot ;)

I used OL TR3N recently and its great. I'm about to grab AAR Tren though for its price. Just unsure

This is for future bans on additional designers or PH's that the attorney general adds. The 25 listed will be illegal as soon as Obama signs it.

Ok, I think it's just best to just find out when the dagger hits the heart. I think unless you are apart of the creation of the bill, it can be interpreted in many ways. But not worries at all bro

Form is on the list! Stuff like anabeta, natadrol, etc, will not be targeted!
 
There should be a front page sticky of compounds NOT on the list for those who failed Hooked on Phonics.
