Just a Quick Question.. If This bill gets sign'd into action, and the deadline is set, whats going to happen to any stock left that wasn't sold by these companies? will they just dump whats left?? Cause if so I would like to give my address to anyone of them so they can send their "Trash" To me ;)

I'll be waiting in the dumpster behind Nutriverse....

just like what happened with oxy elite, whatever is not sold the company will have to destroy

Only 20% so far? Meh...Suprised its not 30%+ .. bill will be signed by obama in less than 10days than these will be controlled.

As we all know this an attempt by larger supplement companies to cannibalize the smaller "gray-area" companies.

If we could have a list of the lobbyists who first introduced this that would be awesome. That way we can trace them back to their companies and see who they represent.

Guaranteed Glanbia is behind this. So if we really want to send a message, I think we should ban Optimum Nutrition and BSN products. Most of us these companies for their protein and maybe amino products, but there are other options for these things and for now I'm done giving my money to optimum.

I don't know if Dymatize is behind this as well, but I wouldn't doubt it. If so, this is my last tub of ISO-100.

NOW. Optimum Nutrition. Just to name a few.

I am not sure but i believe this is the whole list.I saw this elsewher

Ok, serious question for all you guys stocking up. What about cycle support? I mean really, shouldn't you stock up on it too? What company is going to still make an all-in-one cycle support when there aren't any PH's around anymore?

great point. At least there are SERMS, which is the most important IMO. Then we can buy test boosters, DAA, and other natty supplements.

It is 30%+

This. At nutri-verse, when you buy 2 or more they offer discounts + the 30%. 4 bottles and I got 12% off + 30%. 4 bottles of msten turned out to be $94.31. That's pretty effing good.

AL will definitely make Talos and Aegis, and tbh it's not that hard to buy the ingredients from Solgar/Swanson. Tudca might be a problem, but I don't see it going by the wayside and if you like to gamble, RC UDCA is always available. depending on where you look.

Can't rep again.

Great list and thank you very much. If someone wants, we should make a small list of companies that we use for the essentials: creatine, protein, aminos and see if those companies are on it.

So far, I use Dymatize for protein. Dymatize is owned by POST, but POST is not on that list. They could be on another one, but not that one.

However, I use NOW Foods's Creatine and Glutamine. I will not be buying from them again.

Everyone should look at your essentials and make a list of the companies that makes those products then look at that list koi1214 posted and see if the PARENT company is there. Most of the companies' products we use are owned by far larger corporations.

FYI Vitamin Shoppe is on it. So buyer beware everytime you walk into a VS and buy a protein bar/drink you're essentially supporting this kind of behavior. I'm guilty of this as well.

F$$k them! I should be getting a $90 gift certificate from them next month due to my buying ALOT of creatine, aminos, and protein. Not any more!

Vitamin Shoppe? Seriously? Well, guess im cashing my points soon. Its funny because my local V.S. actually sells tons of all in one pcts.

That list would be huge.

That list would be huge.

Agreed. But okay, let's lay it out a preliminary list if anything.

FOR ESSENTIALS: Everyone uses NOW Foods? Optimum Nutrition? BSN?, Cellucor? Muscltech? QUEST? Universal Nutrition? Musclepharm?

So far on the list:
Glanbia: BSN, Optimum Nutrition
Now Foods (no parent company)

Not on the list:
Lovate: Muscletech
Woodbolt: Cellucor

Quest is not the list, nor is universal or musclepharm.
The big guys like Swanson are not.

I'll update this list with requests.

What other option? trying to figure that all out right now, and I wonder what the shelf life on those will be, cause it looks like ill be buying some large bottles of clom and tamox real soon and popping them in the freezer...

Just buy RX. Only buy RC if you cannot find RX.

For example: RX Torem is so motherfckin expensive it's not even funny. But clomid can be found and pop like candy. Aromasin flucuates in price between RC and RX. But always go RX.

CEL will still continue to make Cycle Assist. I think many people will have stashes to last a couple years

how do I find the RX, that's not on the same sites Is it?

I see that LMG could be specifically named, but don't see msten specifically listed. Still grabbing msten personally...

i will not be buying from vitamin shoppe or any company from that list, and i hope you all do the same

thinking of switching to arnold iron whey... anyone know if the company who makes that is innocent in all of this?

Arnold iron whey is from Musclepharm. Someone said earlier that they weren't a part of it, so I'm thinking you are good to go. I felt at ease to because I take Musclepharm Combat Powder.

As to the companies on that list I do not believe they necessarily acted in an attempt to crush competition. You really think P&G and NOW care about the small amount of business PH/DS companies do? They do not. What they do care about is the negative attention they draw to the industry. Negative attention about an irresponsible industry selling steroids to kids is what gets massive regulation put into action. A overhaul of the regulation in the supplement industry could cost the big boys millions, far far more than they ever lost to DS/PH sales. These companies are doing what they feel they need to do to prevent sweeping regulations in the industry. PH/DS are the sacrificial lamb. No one is going to suddenly buy more ON whey to offset the gains they could have made with legal roids lol.

Dang and I buy my bulk dextrose from Now Foods

Yes, F$%K now foods. They screwed our community, boycott their crappy products.

Once again I do not think NOW foods sees PH/DS as any threat to their market share. They see it as a threat to access to all supplements as it portrays the industry in a wild west image and in need of government control. The last thing the large mainstream supplement providers wants is sweeping legislation, you now the kind that you get when soccer moms see stories about little Jimmy buying steroids from the local vitamin store. This sacrifice was presented to the legislative gods to appease their lust for regulation in the industry and to show that there are "good guys" and "bad guys" in the industry. Now does not give two ****s if you want to run cycles. They do care about being able to operate with the laws as they stand today.

100% agree with this. how many guys buy cycle support products as single ingredients that NOW makes too.. i mean their liver support, joint support, multi, milk thistle, celery seed, coq10, red yeast rice, etc all benefited from AAS/PH users as some of them used NOW as their trusted cycle support brand

Exactly, this was financially motivated but not in the sense of lost revenue do to DS/PH sales. They are attempting to throw in with the law makers to prevent further legislation. If the FDA was to fully regulate supplements following the drug model entailing some kind of approval process it would cost companies millions. If I am NOW I reason it this way: If they are going to try and **** me eventually I may as well get into bed with them and do it on my terms lol.

That's what I'm about to do. I haven't read the bill yet so no one et mad but are they banning some on cycle supports and pcts like sup3r pct and on cycle?

11-oxo should be safe from the law, right? Thats dshea complaint?

11-oxo is not one of the named compounds (neither is msten), but the text of the bill basically says that anything hormonal that is anabolic or androgenic could be illegal...

Spirit of the law will definitely make MOST, if not ALL compounds banned...that's why it's best to stock up now and hide em!
