Just because it's not on the list doesn't mean it will stand. This bill is extremely powerful. Anything not herbal in nature that's marketed as muscle-building is up for the chopping block.

Is there a date that it says when they are banned?
 
I would imagine it kicks in next year, once the new Congress is installed. I believe the bill was part of the cromnibus that just got approved, which was the government's 2015 budget.
