Hyperextension for Lower Back
Had a great workout this morning and I really enjoyed the Meadow Rows. Aggression is up a bit and shows in my drive when working out. I feel like a machine!! My blood pressure has been headed towards the 150/88 again so I am cutting the Nasty Mass back to (1) Every AM and (1) Every other PM. I am up 4 pound in body weight and I do believe it is all lean mass. I think this is a great addition to my quest for more muscle!
