Hyperextension for Lower Back

Had a great workout this morning and I really enjoyed the Meadow Rows. Aggression is up a bit and shows in my drive when working out. I feel like a machine!! My blood pressure has been headed towards the 150/88 again so I am cutting the Nasty Mass back to (1) Every AM and (1) Every other PM. I am up 4 pound in body weight and I do believe it is all lean mass. I think this is a great addition to my quest for more muscle!

At the very beginning of the log I let the BP get way to high before making a correction, I believe I have been proactive enough to keep things in check. Oh and by the way the Nasty Mass is really kicking in....Killer Leg Workout This Morning !!
 
It works Great if I could run it at 3 pills a day, I think it would be off the hook, however I have a little blood pressure issue with it that makes me keep the dose low. But it is still working !!

My right knee was really bothering me today so I keep things light with higher reps, However Stiff Leg Dead Lifts take the knees out of the equation.

This was one of those work out you live for after I got through the first 3 sets and the knee problems, the Nasty Mass kicked in and the stiff leg dead lifts were awesome, smooth, powerfull and I just felt unstoppable....until I had to walk up the steps out of the gym. It was just a plain great workout and I credit the Nasty Mass !

I use to love the stiff leg deads! Now if I do them, I keep the weight light and don't try to go heavy. Awesome to see that the NM is ramping up the workouts!

The Nasty Mass has officially "Kicked In", I felt invincible during my workout this morning the weights seamed light, I did not want to stop and it just plain felt good. I have also noticed my appetite is lower, this happened during the first half of this cycle, I tend to want to snack a lot and on the Nasty Mass this does not happen, for me this is a good thing as I came concentrate on better nutrition. I am very pleased with the way things are going right now!!

I really like it, I have battled my weight all my life, so I feel Hungary most of the time, it just plain feels good not to be hungry!

I am not sure if personally I will like that though. I may just take Anabeta along with Nasty Mass to keep the appetite up.

This is the first time I have ever gotten it there. I thought it was very good. We have a Pizza Grille here that has a Blackened Salmon Salad that is fantastic!!

MMM... I do like the salad with shrimp at AppleBee's although when I eat it I don't feel its very good for me. You know that feeling when you know something is processed when you eat it.

I know I should eat more but, I just have a hard time doing it. I do eat very clean with very little junk and I have a slow metabolism. So I hope my body uses the calories I do eat to built muscle. I just added a tablespoon of Coconut Oil to my breakfast everyday last Monday ! Keep giving me heck everyday about my lack of calories, it may help me eat more.

Hmm,I have never thought of pulsing a have stacked compound like nasty mass. That seems like it has some merit in limiting some of the high bp issues that can arise. I like where your head is at rocket

Totally went of the diet today, Two people at work brought me breakfast and than an evening Christmas party. (I Love Cookies) So not daily Nutrition report! (I'm Ashamed)

I have two more weeks of Nasty Mass and I can not wait to see the gains they bring. My strength is up, muscles are harder and training is going great.
