Article: Stop Sucking at Pull-Ups

If you can't do pullups negative pullups are a god send. Also I definitely believe ring pullups are better than standard stale straight bar pull-ups. Had I learned this early on I wouldn't have elbow tendonitis

This was an important article,,, I agreed with most of it. I think if you can do 10-12 reps full hang and in control no "trouting" then put your straps on brother cuz your hands tend to give out. I do 2 sets of 10-12, then strap on some weight..25lb for another set, then, 20, then 10 then bodyweight for last gut wrenching set. Done correct this move should leave u ready to puke. Learn to love em.

I Agree with the entire article, Pull ups have ALWAYS been my favorite since I was 8 or 9 years old I would do them on door frames of my house, I was never a big lifter through high school but I was given props by the gym coach and all the meat heads for doing 50+ pullups non stop with perfect form, ive always thought from experience pull ups are the best for strength and pulldowns ae good if you want the v-taper and looks, for some reason I could do less pullups if I focus on pulldowns but I can always kill pulldowns if I put pull ups first.. Thank you for the article!!
