I've been wondering about the TD's also...
Sounds like they are a plus. Any side effects for you Ripp? Adequate absorption in your opinion? Did you follow the dosing or go with your own? Never used a TD so like to get varying opinions...

there are some sides.. trest wants to convert to estro at a high rate.. so you will need to run an AI with it. I started at 33mgs and slowly progressed the dose.. the highest I ever dosed was 200 mgs. but I always like to rub a little on before the gym! lol anyhow, the TDs are stupidly easy to deal with. of all the options I like CLs carrier the best.

I'm with you. I know little about pHs, and don't feel I'm ready to take them on yet.

In July 2014 I broke 365 x 10 for 1 set. I guess the stress and depression, w/ 3 month layoff did wonders! WOW. STIMUL8 w/ EPH.

I haven't been to the mall in forever.

You know, I always hated it. If we were to go now as a fam, 13yo would probably drive us crazy with complaints. I miss his sitting with Santa days.
 
^LOL. You guys are hilarious. So yeah, the mall is an hour away from us. The big one anyways. My oldest this year starred at Santa and had no idea what to do. Last year he freaked out. He's almost 3. Well my youngest flipped out. I put him on Santas lap and it was like then matrix. He bent his body as far as he could do he would touch him as I tried to place him in his lap. I let go and he turned around to see if he still there and cried harder. I guess he thought he would disappear if he tried to think him away. It was too funny. I had to hold him and my wife held my oldest. Fun times. I don't hit the mall generally, Too much junk to buy and too much eye candy.

Welcome Monty! I'm posting my review but this log will continue! Tonight is a big bench day/cardio! My icon posted a new bench video in about to hit. Big volume!

Flat Bench: 245 x 200 reps. Reverse Pyramid and back up the ladder! I won't stop until complete!
 
just keep in mind we are a bit older than most.. I know how easy it is at our age to get hurt.. but whats worse is the time to recover from these. just be aware, and always be focused and careful.

Although I respect your comment. I listen to my body quit well and that setup is just apart of the workout, it's not the whole workout. In fact, I'm going back for a second session later. I have a hard time getting people to understand your limited to what you tell yourself. Age isn't a factor to me. I'll always find a way no matter what the circumstances. There are countless ways to continue getting stronger and I've haven't even cracked the possibilities.
 
Damn, since this oh ban the boards are about vacant. Did this really affect that many people or is it my imagination. I'm seeing updates on logs far and between. I'm just getting started on this new journey.

I don't think anyone's going anywhere. It's the holidays, free time is used doing shopping and other things (to an extent).
 
Nothing to worry about HP... with the ban or not, we are all going to keep lifting!

Thomas is right.. this is the busiest time of year for most people...

12.19.14 GAINZZZZ. HEADED TO GYM FOR A CHEST/BACK ANNIHILATION. BICEPS INCLUDED. CARDIO TO TOP IT OFF.

So I worked out a 8 month cut along with strength gains. I realized I had more BF than o originally thought. I finally came to a realization why o don't looking everyone else. I was and still carrying a lot more than I believed. My diet with the help of ECA has been changing drastically. I want the hard shredded comp look without competing. I want to whittle down to 12%. I want to see striations. I've been working hard to eat clean & train hard to reduce BF. By June I should be ready to reveal what has been underneath, God willing and nothing bumps me off track. I'm totally excited to keep this going and compete in 100% RAW WORLDS NEXT FALL.

Definitely not. I'm in a zone now. Next week I have double days in store. I will list everything I do. Yes, the workouts actually are apart of a series people feel doesn't exist. I've taken everything I've done to date plus the ebooks from the series and created my own. The volume and intensity is retarded for most and makes no sense to many but the results I'm getting is showing. For goodness sake I couldn't wear my lifting belt the last two years. I put it on two weeks ago and it fit. My pants are falling off my waist. The results are real.

So I'm in the gym and training thinking about the stress and exhaustion I was experiencing since coming home from the rig. A guy walks up to me in the middle of the set and asks why I didn't try out for the semi pro team. I look dumb founded because I had no clue there was one in my area. I then tell him I was interested, then I exchange info and these guys then start sending me texts congratulating me for joining. They haven't seen me yet. I have spit on the team, wow.
