Where are you located?

What's the name of your gym?

I'm in south Jacksonville, FL. My gym is Bailey's, and my favorite time to workout during the week is 0415.
 
Carlisle, PA Lift at home.......Cardio at Planet Fitness (Flame On !)
 
Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. And I train in my stores after hours, or I can train at any gym in my town for free(joys of being in the industry).

Also have a 45* hyper, big ol loader tire for flipping, treadmill, Airdyne, spin bike, battle ropes, battle jump rope, and a full set of assorted bands.
Just need to find some chain laying around the ranches I work around and I'll be set.

Thanks and yeah no gyms around me have anything like that either.
Bought all those bars on Black Friday 2013.
Picked up everything in the back of that truck for under a 1000 bucks off Craigslist.

Florida, Charlotte. Work out at YouFit, not really a bad place like planet fitness. They occasionally have days they give out some coffee protein thing, haven't tried it but I believe it is for the older crowd. Trying to get a job there.

Duuude... Perhaps the finest home gym I have yet seen. I see you like to take care of your shoulders!

I train at QuickFit in Weirton, WV. Two Forza benches, two platforms, rogue power rack, two other lesser squat racks, Texas power and deadlift bars, Swiss bar, all the bands, reverse hyper, GHR, a separate room of all Hammer Strength machines, another room of regular machines, another room of cardio equipment, a room with kid-sized machines, and an outdoor area for sleds and light tires. It's the best. Ask for something, see it next month.

Gym is The Edge, and if I start too early (I'm up at 4 to workout usually) I have to go to Planet Fitness. Don't judge....

I used to have an amazing home gym, but since the divorce I haven't been able to get it back together. Someday though, because Vermont is full of the douchebaggiest lifters I've ever seen, and sometimes I just feel like dropping a dumbbell on my head to try and dull the pain from being around them.

I built most of my home gym off Craigslist also !!!
 
Live in Milford, CT.

Train at the Fitness Edge of Stratford. It is actually closer than the one in the city in which I live.

It would be cool if people had other forum members near them and could get a training session together. There used to be a user on here that went to the same gym as me. We were trying to get something together, but he fell off the face of the Earth lol

24/7 and has every thing ill ever need, plus early AM classes I like to go to when I cant sleep and up early, boxing for example.

Train in the evening after work most days between 6-8 is when I get there in and out in 75mins boo yah!

Bettendorf YMCA, It's an old Golds gym, they went out of business and the Y bought the building and all the equipment inside. Great price and awesome equipment!
 
Good deal, Iowa gets a bad rap, lol. Some of the friendliest people in the country.
