what is the best legal Steroid

I keep hearing about huge gains on msten. Read one with someone saying it blows drol out the water mg vs mg. Too scared to run 50 mg of msten tho:(

Ya, it was a review i found while researching it. Sounds crazy to me too, i like lowest effective dose possible for everything.

Exactly, i have no dreams of being a competitive bodybuilder, just like being a lil bigger and stronger then my friends;)

dude you are NOT a hard gainer. that hard gainer crap is...CRAP!! its simple really. you are not eating enough. and just because you can eat a whole large pizza in one sitting doesnt mean you can do that 4 times a day. day in. day out. you should be eating north of 3,500 calories every. single. day.

you say that your nutrition and training is on point. however, the proof is in the puddin (which you should also eat the pudding lol) you have been working out for a year. but your not gaining. that proves that your not eating enough. its an absolute, scientific fact that you will gain weight and mass if you eat enough and train properly. if its not happening with you, then your not doing it right.

if you take a cycle, it will be a waste of money and health. get the other stuff in check first. right now your pretty much trying to add a lot of nitrous and a big ass turbo kit to a crappy, small import engine and expecting to hang with the lambos and vettes. the whole ordeal will go up in flames.

then they suck or you have thyroid dysfunction possibly.
have you gotten blood work done for thyroid and other hormones etc? if not you should. if all is ok, then sorry but its your diet and training that needs to be worked on first.
