Nolva and Exemenstane or Tr3n

I'm going to start my PCT, but I SCREWED up its been almost a month since I've stopped my cycle with Epi (which I was on for close to 3 months I believe took whole bottle 2 pills per day). Money got tight etc. I finally have a little extra now to buy the rest for PCT. So I was wondering....

Can I just get Nolva along with my other PCT or do I need both Nolva and Exemestane?

Or could I just jump right into the bottle of Tr3n I have and then go to PCT after a cycle of that?

Sorry if these are dumb questions and I know I messed up.
 
Rule of thumb next time make sure you have everything including pct before you start. haha. or at least that's my rule. I'd get some nolva and a pct product and run that now is my suggestion. If your looking for a pct product you can check out the top five at strong supplement shop.

Always buy the whole cycle +pct before starting. Would of sucked it was month 2 and you have to stop that would have been longer time before starting pct.

That is not an adequate PCT, at all.

Rule #1: Research before you potentially stuff your body up
Rule #2: Get your PCT FIRST, then get the compounds you wish to run.

I'm not suggesting anything as you have zero clue what you are doing

This is what people told me to get for PCT...
Nolva
Daa
Super pct

Said that was all I needed and I have the dosage for Nolva was just making sure it was right.

But you only ordered Nolva a month after your cycle finished?

If you have crushed your Test levels (which I doubt you know if you have or not), you have left it a very long time in that state whilst doing nothing about it. All I will say is good luck in your quest to recover!

Yes bc I was tight on money and you're right idk. I don't know if I even got a test boost on it either. Felt the same on or off. But I have saw gains.

Well you cant dwell on it now, but a good starting point for next time is to see the recovery products as being the first things you get. Because likely now your test levels (depending on what you used) will be in the low 100's (as a guess). A long term issue as opposed to short term results.

I did Epi at 2 pills a day with
Fish oil
Multi
Cell cycle assist
Joint Supp


So now will I be okay to get my Nolva and do my PCT with?

Nolva
Daa
Sup3r PCT
Correct?

Id start with Nolva and DAA then use Sup3r PCT for the latter half.

Thanks man. Sorry if I caused any inconvenience. Do you have a recommendation for how long I should cycle this?

I have dosage Nolva 20/20/10/10

Which I'm assuming is 4 wks

Wk1: 20
Wk2: 20
Wk3: 10
Wk4: 10

Or should I go longer or higher dosage?
 
With bloods, I would just stick to what is usually dosed. 20/20/10/10 is fine.

20 ED for 2 weeks, 10 ED for 2 weeks.
 
I don't think anyone in their right mind would recommend you jumping straight into that bottle of Tr3n. Please do not do that.

It can go in earlier, I just prefer to have an AI (even if it is a sceptical AI) for any rebound at the end of PCT. Its not a typical occurrence but it can happen (like a week or two overlap).

Yeah, Aromasin is good for on cycle. It mightbe a little strong, IMO, for PCT but again, its hard to know without blood work. Just don't dose ED or lower the dose ED.

Without further belaboring the issue of not knowing this beforehand, I will say that props to Jiigzz for being thorough in helping you. You gotta pay the man now!
