It's obvious that you don't respect anyone on this board enough to stop, so why don't you ask your coach if you should continue doing what your doing.
 
Forget all that clean bulk nonsense, Junior. You're 16 and admit to having a fast metabolism. Try 6,000-10,000 calories a day until you turn 20 and I promise you'll have better results than two runs of superdrol a year at 4000 calories. All of your light-duty shredded qbs like RG3 and Mike Vick spend a lot of time on the shelf year in and year out. Your big hosses (who have a little pudge) do not. Chances are your bodyfat won't get gross and you'll have something to work with as far as mass. Nobody can see your abs under your pads, not since the 90s anyway.

Because we know about these substances and have used them safely. You don't and are not. When you take these things seriously we MIGHT be around to talk. Till that point, you are an embarrassment and we don't have a shred of respect for you. Come for help, we give the answers, you spit on it.
Try the mcripped diet, the 5 for 25 meat selection at your grocery store, and f the coach and lift even if you get sore. Who says he rules your life. You want to play college ball? Get big. Cause guys in those leagues will trash you in one sack and you'll just snap. Career over. Put down the pills, pick up the f-ing steak, and do some REAL work.

Seriously, not lifting during football season is the absolute dumbest thing ive ever heard. Lol. Your a freaking teenager, you will never recover as good as you can, now, naturally.

The issue here is obvious; OP has zero idea how to program, zero knowledge on how to eat (inb4 he says im wrong) and just jumped on the hormonal bandwagon as a means of overcoming simple fixes.

The excuses can pile up all he wants but in reality, he had a long way to go before his training justified the use of hormonals.
 
i actually did get results back in last november to august but i completely stopped lifting because of football. And if you think we should lift during football idk what to tell u im not the coach im just the quarterback. I couldnt risk any type of soreness or anything. If my coach told us to lift i wouldve. And the reason im so low in weight for my lifts is because of the drop off. Going from lifting every day for 5 months to not lifting a weight anyday for 3 months is going to put a dent in you. Which it put a bad dent in me. But instead of bending over like a bitch and complaining im working hard and ik prohormones can be a shortcut but thats my choice and the thread wasnt made to get ****ted on for my weights

Do you have a strength coach? Not lifting during season just sounds weird. What does your program look like anyway? I noticed Ya said Ya were making gains.but are your using a template that can transfer over to the field?
