First off HUUUGE thanks for letting me log this product!

This is my first run of a product like this and it means a lot to be chosen to run a good log and I plan to do just that

Trenabolic is a topical derivative of Tren which is known as one of the most anabolic compounds there is!

My plan as of right now will be to dose at 60mg which will be 2 pumps (15ml each) in the morning and 2 pumps pre workout as directed.

My diet right now is a little higher on fat but since i have read taht Tren works well on carbs so I will try to lower fats a bit however I do take in around 4000-4500 calories on workout days at times so it may be hard to keep fats too low, Dont think I want to go over 500 carbs since I am only 5'9 165.

I will get pics up asap, hopefully I can take them tomorrow.

Additional Supplements: I take two 50mg doses of test cyp a week for trt and will keep that dose the same. I will also add in inhibit p just in case for prolactin control. Other than that I use mostly the basics, creatine, multi, fish oil,alcar (1 g pre and post) , preworkout, whey protein

Currently I try to only get carbs from veggies and dairy on off days but may consider adding in a little extra if people feel that it would benefit me, Again this is my first time running anything like this so i NEED advice and would love ANY and all input and advice from experienced users!

Training: I start off each workout with heavy compounds for low reps and higher sets, then move on to more bodybuilding style rep ranges and tempos. I have pretty high volume workouts and move at a quick pace. I love being able to always superset something so my workotus are usually, chest/back, shoulders/arms, legs or chest/quads, shoudlers arms, back/hams
 
I would really appreciate any and all advice critiques and help throughout this log as possible, thanks guys and gals!!! Now lets do this..... cant wait!!!


o ya my goal is to gain as much lean mass as possible so i will probably up my calories around 300 mostly from carbs each day

My biggest concern now is when to dose in workout sporratically through the day so I sweat a lot lol
 
well....tomorrow will be day one..... I will dose 30ml in the a.m on upper chest rubbing in with forearm. I will be doing cardio mid afternoon and again later on.......so i will probably dose it between sessions..... any idea how long it takes to absorb and how long after sweating it is ok to apply?

Tomorrow will probably hae to be a short workout if any at all and therefore will keep carbs low. What is everyones opinion on carb intake on trenabolic? I am really used to low carb liek around 100 on off days onlyfrom dairy and veggies.... do you think i should change this? Also do you think there is a certain amount of carbs I should have each day no matter what and what about an upper limit? just asking for suggesstions or anything from anyone with experience with this compound, thank you!
 
Applied this morning to my upper chest 2 pumps and rubbed it in with my forearms. Smells pretty strong like alcohol and another chemical but dissapears within seconds. Also dries within seconds and absorbs very fast! Pretty cool

Second application was on my upper abs, after my shower around 815 p.m

You too brother In response to your carb question if I am cutting I tend to dial back the carbs to around 50-100 grams and rely on protein and fats I never really go below 50 unless I am in contest prep mode and am doing depletion.

I usually do moderate carb but low carbon off days but ive read alot of people say that tren works really well with carbs
 
Not sure body stopped making lh, tried clomidndidnt work, think its from am eating disorder

Ditto.. It's definitely from the ED man as there is No other explanation for us at such a young age. Luckily clomid worked for me albeit temporarily.. I am on the slow decline again :(

That's a lot :) sounds amazing. You'll be surprised how much carbs u can really tolerate. I know we've had similar paste especially when it comes to food perception. but Carbs are not the enemy! It may be slightly uncomfortable at first but stick with it for 1-2 weeks and you will start adjusting and then getting leaner on higher carbs! Win win

A few things i want to note as well... i have continued teh 30 mg in the morning and 30 mg in the evening. Also I normally takea GDA some greencoffee bean and sometimes white kidney bean extract with high carb meals, i will not be doing that while running this to see how it handles my increased carb intake

As ched said your body should process carbs at a higher rate while on tren my didn't but it's good to experiment while on to see how your body reacts

Hormones in general work better with more macros. Not just CHO.

I wouldn't dial back any macros at all at 5'9" and 165. Eat

Sounds like a plan lol..... sometimes i still struggle with the ED thing, not neccessarily eating but just gaining too much fat thats really what it is i effin love to eat, lol obssed over food really
 
workout today was jsut a few sets of cable flys at 3 different heights, one arm cable presses, ab coaster, dragon flags, and roman chair leg raises

low carbs today macros lookin like 360 protein 165 carbs 150 fat
 
not noticing much soo far but its only been a couple of days, did have a nice experience with the gf last night though haha hard as a rock

Inner arms upper chest inner thigh are good spots. Any area where you are low in fat

We don't require every workout do be logged....we all have days where we don't wanna update. If a day ever comes, just post what you did and if there were any strength increases...etc
 
I'm thinking of decreasing volume just so these updates don't take so long lol

Lol they can be a bitch. But I'm looking your workouts. I may have to start Sterling some of those superset ideas
