Sounds like my dead! It's been about a year and a half since I PR'ed.... We won't talk about how long since I hit a PR on bench, I'm pretty much starting over from scratch! I say you bench 315 by the April meet!

Provided you have the back strength to finish the lift of course, and the bar isn't hanging out in front of you. Maybe add the slingshot back into your two board day this week if you think it will help. Probably can either drop pressing from your second bench day next week or switch it back to a light two board day. I probably would just drop the pressing. You've gotten the work in, now it's time to be healthy.

Nice bench session man. I'd go with rotating stuff like the good bros are saying. Do a full range one week, then OHP or slanger or something next, and just keep easing back in, like a gentlemen
