Took my sample today with the recommended 16oz water .

EFFECTIVENESS 10
Trained back and biceps and man was it insane!
Did high volume heavy weight back was pumped and energy was through the roof I was going harder than ever . I have to say one of the BEST PWO I have ever taken love the clean crazy energy literally felt unstoppable .
