Crazy leg day today! I got tired of waiting on this guy to get out of the squat rack so instead of doing speed squats before the leg press, I did them after and did more volume instead of speed squats.

It was pretty funny at the gym tonight. There was a personal trainer there that kept watching me. When I got over to do squats I loaded the 365. Just as I got under the bar I seen him in the mirror. He almost jumped up off the bench and was on his toes like he was going to "rescue" me because I was squating 365. The idiot, I know he had just seen me do 315, it is not like 365 was going to have me stuck on the ground LOL

I was sweating my ass off by the time I got done. Also I skipped calves tonight, Today is mine and my wifes anniversary so I figured maybe I should get home haha. We celebrated it yesterday so it wasn't to big a deal, but to stay out of trouble I quit a little early.
 
Good news!!! The puffiness in my left nip is going down. Not near as noticable in the evenings as it was :D




My weight Sunday morning was because I was depleted. It evened back out, and is a little lower than last week. I was 204.4 this morning. Probably going to screw it up by eating to much Thursday ;)

Db press on slight incline- 2 sec hold contraction

Explosive bench- Pause on chest , explode up

Actually dropped to 225 so I could be more explosive off my chest.

Slight incline bench- constant tension, don't touch chest and don't lock out elbows

Bent over rear delt laterals raises-
20's 3 x 20

Face pulls- 2 sec hold contraction
100 3 x 10 (lowered reps to 10, but upped the weight 10lbs)

Explosive cage press- Set pin at chin height, rest bar on pins between each rep, then explode up

20 min cardio this morning

I missed the stretch push-ups tonight. All the platforms were in the zumba room and it was full of people doing a class, so I skipped them. I will take tomorrow off but will lift early Thanksgiving morning.

Any sore joints? I'm already experiencing sore knees and wrists. I'm 5 days in. My appetite is still the same.
 
Man, this log is full of win! Glad to see that the puffiness is subsiding.

I'm curious as to the effects of the e. Cottonii and the Chrysin in conjunction with the Arimistane. I am so tempted to start mine, but have some blood work to do soon :(

No sore joints, but I am on deca also which will help cover that up ;)

Ate Thansgiving dinner about 1 1/2 hours after my workout so I had one hell of a post workout meal :D

i love formestane at high doses for the libido/sexual effect, it is the only ai i have used where i can dose very high and not get achy joints and crushed libido....so far i am only around a week into elimistane, and i have noticed some soreness in joints but upping fish oil seems to help...on the positive i am drying out really nicely...what i have noticed from elimistane is pretty normal for what i would expect from 75mg arimistane, i am waiting for the ecottonni to kick in...can't really make a comparison after only 1 week!!!
 
is elimistane taken during cycle, during PCT or during the break after PCT?
 
I'm on a epi and Tren cycle. where would elimistane fit in?

they say that tren doesn't aromatize, i might argue that but it does imo increase prolactin, but from what i have read an excess of estrogen must be present to increase prolactin. epi is by nature a anti-estrogen, so it should be enough to counter any prolactin issues from the tren....so that pretty much rules out on cycle as unnecessary.

pct you certainly need a serm for that cycle, indeed!!! you could add elimistane as your ai to run with the serm.

after pct you could use elimistane with other test boosters as a natty stack to help keep gains!!!

I used the weights that I had to drop to last week, but got more reps, so I count that as an increase :D

It was a little different today. My wife started doing cardio this week and asked if she could lift with me. I figured with it being Saturday and not being in any big hurry that it wouldn't be a big deal. She didn't do to bad. She followed my routine, but with lighter weights and a few less sets. I did spend a lot of time critqueing her form which made my rest periods longer that I would have liked. But I/we still both got a good workout in.

go easy on her, i have a feeling even an 'easy' leg workout will cause some not so nice doms...after awhile we learn how to deal with doms, noobs kinda freak out when they wake up and have paralysis, lol.
 
Lol, it's true. Some people freak out, knowing they're going to be sore. Hence the New Years resolution crowd that fizzles out after the first week!
 
Sorry guys didn't update last night. Wasn't feeling good so didn't get to workout. Kidneys were hurting/burning yesterday afternoon an evening , nauseous, shakey and sick last night. Woke up about 11 covered in sweat. Don't feel right this morning either plus anxiety high. Skipped clen and only one cup of coffee this morning. I'll see how I feel through today and may workout tonight. Going to lay off of stims for a bit and up my water intake. I've been just over a gallon a day.
