Haha, didn't try it yet. Was going to yesterday, but cooked some sausage, then cooked my eggs in sausage grease. It wasn't looking to good to put greasy eggs on PB!

I'm about 30 minutes and counting from making mine!! Putting the info in my macros counter right now...done deal!!
 
The only issue I could see running into with going through a doc is, I'd wanna blast and cruise and depending on how often id see him, my levels would be sky high sometimes lol You'd have to plan for it.. But at a TRT dose, if you did it on your own, 1 month would be less than your co-pay lol

Yeah man, after you enter the macros you have to do it! It's too much trouble to delete those macros! Measure your arms unflexed, then after sandwich flex and measure and show all those GAINS!
 
I use one called MyPlate. Pretty much same as MyFitnessPal.

It just went down!! I am turned on in new way. Amazing. Even though half of the contents squirted out with the first bite. Eggs and PB are surprisingly good together by themselves. Pull up power!!!! Bout to go crank out about 10 sets.

Told ya, it seemed odd at first but it's actually good.. Sometimes the PB melts off the hot eggs and squirts out, but it's better than ketchup and mustard squirting out off a MCD"S burger lol
 
Just polished off Shoulders/Triceps MI40 workout, plus tried the new PES High Volume Blue Frost. Taste pretty good, had a decent pump.

I like High Volume, especially with MI40. Killer pumps!
 
Does it take a few days to get in your system good?

I got a great pump the first time I used it. But, the pump does seem to stay longer after you've used it a few days.
 
I've got MI40 Chest/Biceps tonight, my favorite! Leaving in the morning to visit family the rest of the week, so no more workouts until maybe Saturday night. Weight is holding steady in PCT at 204.5, only .5lbs lost in about a week. I'm really trying to eat plenty to keep what I've gained, and start to gain more soon. Feel really well in PCT, no issues!
 
U timed pct perfect for eating if I wasnt so close to comp I love to runderstand this cycle weight classes can be tough
 
Honestly 2015 I might just do physique class because it's based on height not weight and one of the 2015 olympia contenders is at my gym my wife likes the look better too

I'm 2 weeks into PCT, and haven't lost a pound! I started at 186lbs and finished at 205.5, 19.5lbs, current weight 205.2lbs.

The only thing I tested a max on was bench. Starting bench was 315x1, end of cycle was 355x1! That was flat bench, not back arched like a rainbow power lifting bench. Stenadrol was very smooth at 4 caps a day. I went up to 6 a couple times but it elevated blood pressure and caused some anxiety. Tr3st was causing some nipple issues, which is completely gone now in PCT.

That's a big jump! What was your pct that helped with your nips? Trest flared mine hard as well, running Ralox in my off time now to get the small lumps gone. Need to plan to accommodate for it next time.
