Ostarine at 30mg for 30 days

Hey guys. I've been really inactive on here recently, I have been keeping up the gym work but have had some issues with family and college.

I finally am all clear of everything and want to really get back on track.

What are your opinions on 30mg of ostarine for 30 days.

Is a pct needed for this? And does it need to be run longer?

Run it longer than 4 weeks. Lower the dose if you have to.
 
I would run at 20 for 6-8 weeks. from all the logs I've read sides really start to kick in at 25 and even more so at 30
 
Why do you say that? What were the results?

Used it on a bulk -bad choice.
Within 4 weeks, I gained 4lbs of muscle and 2lbs of fat. Then again, my diet was very high calorie/very high carbs + protein/low fat. Your basic PH/AAS type diet. Didn't gain after that.
Lethargy hit around the middle of week 3. Awful mood because of this.
By week 4 I had no motivation to train and by the end of that week nuts had shrunk.
Headaches started around week 3 as well and only got worse. By week 5 it was everyday. And it wasn't like a migraine, but just weird, dull head pain.
I was on 1-2 gallons a day.
Minimal strength gains. And I don't know if they can be attributed to ostarine or the high carbs.
No real aggression or increased motivation in the gym.
I have more motivation now in PCT with torem.
You're better off going with a designer/PH.

The only benefit one could see would be on a cut. But a drastic cut. In that it shines. Which is what it was meant technically designed for...

PCT is awesome! And torem is great!
Strength is climbing -using ArA as well.
Lethargy is completely gone -like night and day
Mood has drastically improved.
Animalism and drive in the gym is insane.
The only thing I'd say is that I should've done more research and gone with low-dose clomid in addition to torem even though it's just a SARM.

If I were to use ostarine again, I'd do 20-25mg for 4-6 weeks on a cut.
 
I agree The Engineer, using osta for bulking would be a waste. As I mentioned awhile back in my log it's best suited for other use. For bulk, go with ara or ph/aas.

Yeah, you'll get better results with a mix of follidrone/viron/ara maybe add some og anabeta and hit that for 12 weeks.

Yeah, personally I wouldn't go over 20. I do think it can be versatile though whether "dieting" "recomp" or "bulk" but I despise bodybuilding anyway. I don't think any product no matter what it is should be determine your goals. That's just diet. Adjust for whatever you want. I haven't run Osta in years but from what I remember it really helped with recovery especially between sets. I could run up and down stairs and not get winded at all.
 
No pct is needed with osta. I've heard good and bad about osta. A lot of people either run it during their pct of solo inbetween cycles. Like everyone else has said its probably not the best to take when bulking.
 
Oh sorry i thought i read something somewhere, where osta doesnt need a pct? Maybe i misread it.
 
I on my second cycle ostarine , just loving it. I would not go less than 6 weeks since it starts to kick in 3rd week, reduced the dose for a longer, yes you need a mini pct,

I would tend to agree. I plan on running it at a lower dose (15mg?) for 10-12 weeks, next time.

Granted, it was a much lower dose, the trials with Ostarine were 3 months, if I remember correctly.
 
Depends on your goals, too. If you are bulking or looking for a mass builder, definitely look elsewhere.

Ostarine really shines for muscle retention on a cut, IMO.

I mean, if someone were scared of a harsher PH, Osta would be fine for building mass. There's just alot better options.

Check this, brother. It should have all the info you need on designers/PHs and how long to run + what kind of muscle you theoretically can gain.

Because of this, I'm thinking of picking up IronFlex's Diabolix. Plus the logs look pretty good and you can run it up to 8 weeks.
