EC/Erase/Alpha T2 Cutting Stack

Hi guys - just wanted you guys to take a look at my dosing for the Erase and Alpha T2 piece of this cutting stack.

7:30AM (15 minutes before breakfast) - 30mg E, 200mg C, 1 Erase, 2 T2s

11:30AM (30 minutes before meal #3) - 30mg E, 200mg C, 1 Erase, 1 T2

5ish - 30mg E, 200mg C

I lift at around 9PM every night during the week. The E pills I have are 30mgs and I have taken the EC stack numerous times this way before so not too concerned. I'm keeping my ratios around 40/30/30 (protein/carbs/fat) and mainly only taking my carbs in at breakfast, pre and postworkout.

I forgot one thing......I'm not adding all products in at once. Currently just doing EC, will add in Erase on Monday and then add in T2 a few weeks in. Just trying to get my dosing down.

It's the old version of Erase and new version of T2.
 
I would spread out the Alpha T2 and Erase to make sure its 6-8 hours apart as with most burners (alpha T2) you could bump that dose to 5 pm instead of 11:30 AM

Dosing time of Erase dosing matter. Just dose it consistently at the same time everyday. You could do the full dose in the morning or night if you wanted.
 
I may or may not have used a stack very similar to this before which yielded very good results. :)
